Enjoy Carnival at the FGC resorts

The first weekend of March, the ski and mountain resorts of Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya (FGC) will celebrate Carnival with fun proposals and fun will become the great attraction of the event.

Saturday March 2 La Molina and coinciding with the day of Clubs and Season passes, will launch a contest for the best costume , both in the individual and group range. For all those people who have a seasonal pass of the season or are members of a ski club in La Molina. During the morning, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., you will start the race at the Estadi de Soleil , with two circuits: one red, for the most expert, and one blue, for the beginners. To liven up the race, there will be mountain cuisine and music by the hand of San Miguel . At noon, at 3:00 p.m., the awards ceremony and the giveaway will be given.

The Vallter 2000 resort will celebrate, one more year, Carnival, a day in which the revelry , costumes and masks will be the main ingredients of the day. On Saturday, March 2, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. there will be a disco with DJ , mounted in front of the bar, so that young and old dance to the rhythm of live music. At 12:30 pm it will be the turn of an exhibition and costume contest , in which you can see the ingenuity and imagination of the participants. Next, the name of the winners will be announced in the different categories.

On the weekend of March 2 and 3 Vall de Núria will celebrate Carnival with a 20% discount for all those who visit the resort in disguise. During the day he will organize various activities designed for all audiences, for example, will launch a parade that will run through all the tracks ; at 10:30 a.m., at the foot of the slopes, there will be hot chocolate for everyone; The Cau de la Marmota will be the scene of two workshops : one of masks from 11:00 to 12:00 h and another one of disguises from 12:00 to 13:00 h and already at night, for those staying at the Hotel Vall de Núria , there will be a costume dance at the Saló de l'Estatut.

The first weekend of March, the SkiPallars resorts will wear their best clothes to celebrate Carnival. On March 2 and 3, Espot and Port Ainé will launch a photo contest : people interested in participating should take a picture with their costume, upload the snapshot to their Instagram with the tag #CarnestoltesEspot or #CarnestoltesPortAine, mentioned @SkiPallars . There will be two winners : one will take a double ski pass to ski in Port Ainé and the other, a double ski pass to go Espot (depending on the hashtag used).
