Sierra Nevada closes its second weekend of April with a large influx attracted by the large amount of snow that still remains on the slopes, with thicknesses that reach a meter and a half of snow that transforms quickly, but very appreciated by lovers of spring skiing.
Even so, the resort asks for caution to skiers, as there is a shortage of snow at low altitudes, and what there is gets wet early in the morning, so it is recommended to move through the middle to high altitudes.

In total about 10,000 skiers have been able to enjoy this offer this weekend according to data provided by Cetursa, which has specified that 5,600 skiers arrived yesterday Saturday, and this Sunday have received another 4,500 skiers.
For this Sunday the ski resort has opened more than 70 kilometers in a weekend that has seen some queues on the lifts, but also full of activities, including the Andalusian Alpine Ski Championships, as well as the Spanish Freestyle.
