This time, the only thing I have to say is that the new system where you pick up your forfaits by the slopes could become very slow in normal circumstances as you have to queue as if you were to buy them at the time and that's not what you expect when you get them through Esquiades.com. At least, there should have been machines set up outside 24 hours were you could get your forfaits at any time avoiding queues. It was way more convenient to find your forfaits in an envelope at the hotel.

When we arrived at the hotel the first room we were given was a room with two separate beds. Luckily we were able to change it to one with a double bed and views. It would be good to confirm this with the client and the hotel before closing the reservation. And ensure that “good” rooms are given or warn that the room booked through your page will have fewer benefits.
