VIAJES PARA TI S.L.U.,which is a Sole Proprietor Limited Company, has all the permits and licenses to act as a travel agency. The company is registered in the Catalonian Registry of Tourism with license number GC 169 MD. This license is to guarantee that our agency is legally liable to you and therefore is responsible both financially and legally to cope with the responsibilities caused by any of our holidays.
The use by the user of the services contained in ESQUIADES.COM implies the express acceptance of each and every one of the following general conditions of contract as well as the acceptance of each and every one of the own policies and conditions of the different service providers that provide contracted services.
1. Definitions and scope

2. Legal capacity to book
You represent that you are of legal age (over 18 years) and that you have the necessary legal capacity to contract the services offered by Esquiades.com, stating that you accept and understand all the conditions stated here for the use of the website and services offered.
In the case of booking for anyone underage, the parent's or guardian's authorization is required to proceed booking.Esquiades.com is not responsible for the accuracy of the data filled by the user, and therefore, can not verify their age.
3. Knowledge and express acceptance of the conditions
The hiring of a trip offered by ESQUIADES.COM implies the knowledge and express acceptance of the present General Conditions. Likewise, the hiring of a specific tourist service offered by the combined travel providers listed on ESQUIADES.COM implies the explicit acceptance of the particular conditions and hiring policies of the provider in question.
The hiring of a lodging, transport or rental of a vehicle, whatever the class and service contracted, implies the express acceptance of the policies and particular conditions that each service provider establishes. In particular, the customer agrees to be subject to the rules and internal protocols established by each service provider, especially in all matters related to rules of conduct, right of admission, hygiene, security and good coexistence between guests and / or users.
All the package holidays that the customer can find on ESQUIADES.COM have been organized by the company VIAJES PARA TI, SLU or by different wholesale agencies (called 'Tour operators'), ESQUIADES.COM does not directly provide the services reserved through the Web page.
In case of conflict, disagreement or inconsistency between these General Conditions and the Special Terms and Conditions of each offer, the latter will prevail.
4. Your Booking
4.1. Booking Process
In order to confirm the booking, ESQUIADES.COM will ask you to pay a deposit or the total amount of the booking. If you do not proceed to pay the booking during the booking process, ESQUIADES.COM reserves the right to cancel your booking.
If the payment is made by credit/debit card, the bank will confirm the transaction by generating a payment reference and will provide it to ESQUIADES.COM. This payment code will act as link between your card and booking ID and will also serve as an authorisation code for future charges in order to simplify the payment process for you.
If you decide to confirm the booking by paying a deposit, you must comply with the payment deadline as well as the terms and conditions subject to this method of payment. If you do not pay the balance by the requested date, ESQUIADES.COM will proceed to cancel your booking and will not refund the balance that has been paid.
ESQUIADES.COM reserves the right to modify the payment terms of any offer that appears on the website. The information regarding the payment terms will appear on the offer you are searching.
By booking on the ESQUIADES.COM website you are giving the travel agency authorisation to proceed to charge the final amount via the payment method of your choice.
If you decide to pay by bank transfer, ESQUIADES.COM will wait to confirm your booking until the transaction is completed and there is confirmation of this payment by the bank. If, however, the payment is not in the ESQUIADES.COM's bank account, the travel agency may proceed to the cancellation and if there's a cancellation fee, you will be notified by ESQUIADES.COM and will be asked to cover these expenses.
4.2. Booking Confirmation
Esquiades.com will send you the booking confirmation via e-mail. This e-mail will show a breakdown of your booking: Contact details, booking dates, services and prices.
4.3. Booking Confirmation Voucher
Once you have paid your booking, ESQUIADES.COM will send you a confirmation voucher to the e-mail address you provided during the booking process. This voucher serves a receipt and you must hand it in at reception upon arrival. If you have also included extras in your booking, you will be asked to print out extra copies of your confirmation voucher. This information will appear on your confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive your confirmation voucher, please contact our customer service.
By receiving your booking confirmation voucher, ESQUIADES.COM is also confirming that you have complement payment process. However, some accommodations may ask for your credit card upon arrival to use as a guarantee in case of any damages caused during your stay.
Once the holiday is over, you may contact our customer service and request to receive an invoice via Manage My Booking. By doing so, you are giving authorisation to receive the invoice via e-mail to the address you have provided during the booking process. If you wish to receive the invoice by post, make sure to make this request via Manage My Booking.
4.4. Storage of the confirmation voucher
Viajes Para TI, S.L.U. informs you that the confirmation voucher serves as a contract between the customer and the travel agency and will be stored in the companies' filing system.
4.5. Communications with the customer
The customer expressly accepts that the communications made by Viajes Para Ti, SLU are made through the email indicated by the customer.
In case of detecting any incident related to a customer's booking, Esquiades.com will contact the customer by means of the email indicated by the latter.
In case of not being able to contact the customer by the aforementioned route, Esquiades.com will try to contact the customer by telephone. However, if the telephone route is unsuccessful, the customer expressly accepts to consider himself notified of any eventuality by sending, by Esquiades.com , the email informing of such circumstance.
4.6 - Group bookings
In the event that a customer, or several, intends to make a booking of 20 or more people, it will be necessary to previously contact the Esquiades.com Customer Service Department to report such circumstance. The above will be applicable whether the booking is formalized jointly or if individual bookings are made with the same date of access and exit from the accommodation that reach a number of 20 people.
In case of not complying with the obligation of prior information to our Customer Service Department, Esquiades.com reserves the right to cancel the affected bookings.

When you are travelling, you have to carry with you the correct documentation and for all those people included in the booking. The different service providers (accommodation, means of transport, ski resorts, leisure activities or similar) usually request identity documents to all the members of the booking. Esquiades.com is not responsible in any case for the lack of presentation of the required documentation and the consequences that this may entail.
Esquiades.com informs that, if it is necessary to cross borders between countries, all the members of the booking must have the identity documents, having to make sure they carry certain legal documents (Passport, ID Card or the equivalent in their country of origin).

7. Cancellation and Amendment Policy
Esquiades.com offers a cancellation and amendment policy that is clear and understandable so the customer is informed about the procedure of both cancellation and/or amendment of the booking.
The customer must know that if he/ she makes any cancellation, their booking is subject to the accommodation's booking policy.
The commercial operation of Esquiades.com involves some administrative , personnel and information management costs and are necessary to process reservations for our customers. These costs are only to be paid if the customer decides to amend or cancel his/ her reservation.
7.1. Booking fee applicable to reservations
As noted above, a Esquiades.com incurs expanse management taht gthe customer must pay if there's any modification or cancellation to his/ her reservation. The amount of the costs mentioned are summarized below:
a) Reservations of up to 600 euros: They have a fee of 30 euros.
b) Reservations for more than 600 euros: They have a fee of 5% of the total booking amount.
7.2. Booking Amendments
Any amendment of a booking made by the customer will have an extra cost of 10 euros and is subject to the availability of the accommodation or provider to host the guest on other dates than those selected at first.
Booking amendments may generate amendment costs that the service provider (hotels, tour operators, etc.) establishes in accordance with the possible variations in rates and costs applicable to a specific period, these expenses will be determined in advance to the cancellation according to the type of amendment that the customer wishes to make. This being the case, the customer will be able to know, before proceeding to amend their booking, the existence and amount of the amendment expenses that will be charged by the service provider.
To know the exact amendment costs mentioned, the user must contact the ESQUIADES.COM customer service department through the contact section of the website www.esquiades.com , these requests being attended to during the customer service hours set out in our website.
In the event that it is the holiday organizer who is forced to significantly amend any essential element of the contract, said amendment will be immediately made known to the consumer. The consumer and user will have the power to terminate the contract without any penalty or accept the variations proposed by the organizer. In the event of an essential amendment of a package holiday, the provisions of clause 9.b) of these general contracting conditions will be followed.
The customer is obliged to pay the management and / or amendment costs mentioned in previous paragraphs, if they exist. Failure to comply with this obligation empowers ESQUIADES.COM to cancel the booking without the refund of the amounts paid by the customer.
Reservations concluded with special and / or non-refundable rates may not be modified by the customer unless it is stated in the published offer. The modifications that the customer intends to make may entail amendment costs of up to 100% of the amount paid.
In the event that the customer makes a booking for a package holiday , ESQUIADES.COM reserves the right to revise prices (both up and down) in accordance with the provisions of current legislation, as long as said circumstance is informed to the customer at least 20 days in advance. The price revision may only be applied to incorporate possible variations in prices related to transport, including the cost of fuel, fees and taxes related to certain services and the exchange rates applied to organized travel.
7.3. Cancellation of booking
In accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 1/2007, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws and Decree 168/1994 of 30 approved May, of regulation of travel agents in Catalonia, as amended by Decree No. 158/2012, of 20 November, at all times the consumer may cancel the services requested or contracted and is entitled to the refund of the amounts that has been paid, but it shall indemnify Viajes Para Ti, S.L.U., in the amounts specified below:
7.3.1. Package Holidays
When it comes to package holidays, in accordance with the provisions of article 151 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the prior combination of at least two of the following elements shall be understood:
a) The transportaion
b) The accommodation, when it is not an integral part of the transport.
c) The rental of cars and other motor vehicles.
d) Any other tourist service that is not part of those listed in sections 'a'; 'B' or 'c'.
However, it will not be considered a package holiday when only one of the elements mentioned in sections 'a' is combined; 'B' or 'c' with an element of those mentioned in section 'd' and the latter does not represent a proportion equal to or greater than twenty-five percent of the value of the combination of the trip and are not announced or constituted, for any other reason reason, an essential feature of the combination.
For the cancellation of a package trip, the customer will pay the management expenses (specified in clause 7.1 of these Conditions), the cancellation expenses if any, and a penalty consisting of 5 percent of the total amount of the trip if the cancellation occurs more than ten and less than fifteen days before the date of the beginning of the trip; 15 percent between days three and ten; and 25 percent within forty-eight hours before departure. To know exactly the cancellation costs mentioned, the customer must contact the ESQUIADES.COM Customer Service Department through the contact section of the website www.esquiades.com.
The cancellation must be made by using the contact section enabled for this purpose on the www.esquiades.com website. To expedite the procedures, it is recommended to call the customer service number to communicate it.
7.3.2. Sale of only accommodation and / or services not considered 'package holiday'
When the services contracted do not have the consideration of 'package holiday' the customer can withdraw from the contract and cancel his reservation by using the contact section enabled on the website of Esquiades.com, having to face the costs of returning the service They are specified below:
a) The management expenses specified in clause 7.1 of these General Contract Conditions.

7.3.3.- Specific conditions applicable to the cancellation of services booked with the 'Free Cancellation' policy.
The conditions and costs applicable to the cancellation of the products and services that you have booked with the 'free cancellation' service will be determined in each offer or promotion.
7.4. Booking Amendments and cancellations.

7.6. If you have to return home before your departure date
If you have to or decide to return home before the end of your stay, the accommodation and other service providers (ski resorts, transportation, etc) will not authorise a refund for the services you did not use.
If your cancellation or amendment requires a refund, Esquiades.com will proceed to do and will not take longer than 14 days.
If you have paid your booking by card, you will receive the refund in the same way. If, however, you have paid your booking by transfer, you will be asked to send your bank details via e-mail.
9. Cancellation/Amendment by ESQUIADES.COM
a) Accommodation services and/or other services that are not part of a package holiday
We reserve the right to cancel your booking or change any of the facilities or services described on our website. If, for example, the hotel you have booked is closed or cannot offer all of its services, we will offer you a hotel change, if we are able to offer you one. If we cannot offer you an alternative or if we do have one however, you do not accept this change, we will proceed to cancel your booking, in which case you shall receive a full refund.
If there's an overbooking, we will offer you a different hotel of equivalent or similar standard and price (at the date of the change), if we are able to offer you one. If we cannot offer you an alternative or if we do have one however, you do not accept this change, we will proceed to cancel your booking, in which case you shall receive a full refund.
b) Package holidays
b.1) Before your check-in date
ESQUIADES.COM reserves the right to slightly modify some of the clauses of the contract, with the exception of the price in accordance with article 158 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the text consolidated of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, when this change is insignificant and the client is informed as soon as possible.
In the event that, before the booking date, there is a need to significantly modify any element of those considered essential for the development of the contract, ESQUIADES.COM will inform you and try to offer replacement holiday of equivalent or similar standard and price. Our customer service will give you all the information in writing and you will have to inform them of your final decision that is, to accept the alternative or to cancel completely your booking. If we do not hear back from you, our customer service will proceed to cancel your booking.
If ESQUIADES.COM cannot offer you an alternative or you do not accept the alternative they have found, we will then proceed to cancel the booking and proceed to a total refund and we will pay you a compensation. Customers are informed that there may occasionally be changes in the schedules of the means of transport chosen for the movement of passengers. These changes will be informed as soon as possible to the customers, who should pay special attention to the possible modifications made. In any case, the aforementioned schedule changes will not be considered a sufficient reason for the customer to abandon the trip.
If you do not proceed to pay your booking in the time frame you have been given and are published on section 4.1 of these General Terms and Conditions, ESQUIADES.COM will proceed to automatically cancel the booking.
b.2) Once you are on holiday
In the event that, once you have checked into the hotel, the organiser or ESQUIADES.COM are informed that they cannot provide a significant part of the contracted services, the travel agency or the organizer will adopt the necessary measures for you to enjoy the rest of your holiday, without any price supplement. Also, if there is a substantial difference in price between the services you have booked and those actually provided, ESQUIADES.COM will refund the difference back to you. If you accept the alternatives or compensation given to you, you cannot proceed to make any other claims regarding this matter once the holiday has ended.
In accordance with current legislation, the customer can only reject the alternative formulas proposed by the agency or the organizer if these are not comparable with the agreed in the package travel contract or if the reduction of the price granted is inadequate.
c) COVID-19: Travel Updates
ESQUIADES.COM reminds its customers that the information displayed on the website is based on the data and indications offered by the different service providers that are involved in each booking. ESQUIADES.COM is subject to the conditions that the different service providers may establish at any given time.
Due to the impact of COVID19, the different service providers that intervene in the booking will be able to provide their services in accordance with the parameters established by the competent health and administrative authorities, and the way of developing the services may conform to the prevailing regulations in every moment. Consequently, it is possible that some of the usual services offered by the different providers may be modified or even not be provided, whenever so required for reasons of security, organization, public order or similar.
In the event that a certain service provider fails to provide any of its services contracted by the client, either totally or partially, when this is due to reasons of security, organization, public order, or similar, ESQUIADES.COM does not guarantee in any case the partial or total refund of the amount corresponding to said service.
ESQUIADES.COM reminds its clients that it is possible that some of the contracted tourist destinations impose the obligation to present a PCR test (or similar), with a negative result, a complete vaccination certificate or other similar document before allowing the entry to their territory. It may also be that some of the contracted services with the reservation may require the presentation of such certificates. ESQUIADES.COM informs that the costs and formalities associated with these tests are the sole responsibility of the customer. ESQUIADES.COM will not assume any responsibility for damages and/or inconveniences that may be caused by the non-completion of the tests catalogued as compulsory in certain countries.
10. Prices and Taxes
If nothing is said to the contrary, the prices shown and that are visible to the customer, will be the final prices per person and stay (VAT included) that the user must pay to Viajes Para Ti, SLU However, the local authorities of certain Autonomous Communities and countries can tax additional tourism taxes that must be paid at the place where the trip is made.
The deals exposed on the website will indicate all the concepts included in the reservation, therefore, any other service that is not detailed in the offer will be understood as not included and will not be part of the contract. This disclaimer of liability will only operate on those errors in respect of which ESQUIADES.COM would have proceeded with the diligence and immediacy required for its correction, communicating such situation to the customer in a fast manner and reintegrating it, in its case, the amounts that would have been satisfied By himself.
For cases where the user books a package tour the prices may only be revised, subject to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, in cases where a change occurs in the price of transport, including the cost of fuel and as rates and fees for certain services. 11. Right of assignment of reservation
The traveller may assign the combined travel contract to a person who meets all the conditions applicable to the contract. This transfer must be notified to ESQUIADES.COM in writing at least 7 days before the start date of the trip through the contact section enabled in each web page.
12. Customer responsibilities
Without prejudice to the other responsibilities established in these general contracting conditions, the customer is reminded that, to guarantee the correct development of the contracted holiday, he must take into account the following:
a) Communicate any type of incident or breach of the contract

b) Have the necessary documentation and in order for the development of the holiday

Failure to comply with these recommendations and obligations will determine that the customer is solely responsible for the costs, expenses and damages that may be caused, including the fact of not being able to enjoy the contracted holiday.
The customer is informed that obtaining passports, visas and permits may take time, as well as being necessary certain actions or providing documentation. The traveler can consult the passport and / or visa requirements, including the approximate time to have visas, as well as the specific recommendations indicated for their travel destination, by going to the link of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs that is provided here .
c) Ski ski pass custody
