La Molina - Alpine Championships Catalunya Disabled (from 6 to 8 February)
The first weekend of February, the ski resort of La Molina will host the Catalan Championship downhill skiing adapted, a competition organized by the Catalan Federation Esports d'Hivern, together with the Catalan Esportiva Federation and the Federation Paralítics Cerebrals Spanish Sports for the disabled.
Ski Espot and Port Ainé receive the FIS Telemark World Cup
The best international specialists will visit Telemark Espot resort to compete in the FIS Telemark World Cup that will take place on 5, 6 and 7 February.
Espot still receive this competition. Long this tradition has been present in the ski resort in the Catalan Pyrenees.

Friday, February 5

Parallel Sprint (Male-Female) This paper consists of two rounds, in which two skiers face on a path of Gigante, with a hop and a camber at the end where the skier must make a turn 360 °. February 6 - The first Saturday of height Lleida Espot
With the aim of promoting Lleida cuisine and km 0, Espot organized for the first time, a tasting of height, wines and delicacies own territory. The event will take place in the cafeteria of the resort elevation 2,000, from 12:00 to 15:00 h.
At this meeting there will be a tasting area, by the Lleida restaurant Paradis Masobe: snails chefs cook outdoors and offer skiers so they can try a dish with snow. Also, a tasting of the wines of the winery of mountain Batlliu Sort (DO Costers del Segre), a quality supplement, ideal to accompany the tasting will be organized. The event also is a charitable organization: all people who want to be able to collaborate with solidarity Fresc PLUSC plates, thanks to Postureig of Lleida. All proceeds will go to the soup kitchens of the Red Cross of Lleida.
In parallel there will be a display of craft products from km 0, you can sample and purchase, designed for those who want to take home a piece of the Pyrenees. Tickets can be purchased the day of the ceremony, on the terrace of the resort between 10.00 and 15.00 h.
February 6 - Carnival in Espot and Port Ainé
