Very easy: in case the resort delays its opening or closes completely due to lack of snow, you will be able to amend or cancel your booking at no cost!

How can I benefit from the Esquiades.com snow guarantee? Our snow guarantee is available for accommodations in the following ski resorts:

❄ S ki resorts in Andorra: Vallnord Pal-Arinsal, Grandvalira and Ordino-Arcalís.

❄ The ski resorts in the Aragonese Pyrenees: Formigal, Panticosa, Astún and Candanchú and Cerler.

❄ The ski resorts of the Catalan Pyrenees: Boí Taüll ski resort, La Molina, Vall de Núria, Port Ainé, Espot, Tavascan, Port del Comte, Masella and Alp 2500.

❄ Sierra Nevada ski resort .

- Our guarantee protects you from the moment the ski resort issues an official communiqué indicating that it postpones the opening or brings forward the closure of 100% of the ski resort,

- Your ski pass must fall within one of the following periods:

❄ S tart of ski season 2025-2026: November 18 to December 22, 2025.

❄ End of ski season 2026: from March 14 to April 30, 2026.

- The booked accommodation must be part of the hotels that include the snow guarantee.

- Your ski pass must be affected by the change of opening of the resort.

If this is your case and these requirements are met, we will contact you as soon as possible and give you 3 alternatives: You can change the dates of the holiday, cancel the ski passes and enjoy your stay in the accommodation or cancel your booking. All of this, without additional costs.

How to know which hotels include our snow guarantee?

It is important to make sure that your accommodation includes the guarantee, as this benefit is not available in all resorts, nor in all accommodations in each resort.
