Terms and Conditions
- Our snow guarantee is available in the following resorts:
❄ The Sierra Nevada ski resort
- We must receive an official statement from the Ski Resort where it states that they are postponing the opening dates or have decided to close early for the season.
- Your ski pass dates should be between the following dates:
➡ November 26th and December 23rd 2021
➡ March 15th and April 19th 2022
- Make sure the hotel you've booked on our site is a member of the Snow Guarantee
If you have booked a ski holiday that follows these terms and conditions and you need to benefit form this guarantee, do not worry, our customer service will be the one to contact you and inform you of how you can proceed with your booking.
Which hotels are members of the Snow Guarantee?
As we've mentioned on our terms and conditions, you need to make sure the accommodation you are booking is a member of this guarantee. On step 2 of the booking process, you'll find a list of hotels and apartments available for the dates you've chosen. You'll easily find which ones offer the snow guarantee as there'll be a stamp right next to the hotel rating ;)

I'm travelling in a few days and the ski webcams aren't looking good. What do I need to do?
You don't need to worry about a thing as our customer service team will take care of everything for you. Once they contact you to confirm that the ski resort will not be available for your booking dates, they will give you your options and you'll have 8 hours to decide what you wish to do.
What if I decide to change the booking dates?
You can change the dates of your ski holiday as long as the hotel has availability. Please note that if the new booking dates are more expensive, you'll have to cover the balance.
What if my booking is for Easter 2022 and the resort closes?
This is the last thing we would want to happen as it means that your ski holiday will be postponed to the next ski season. Another thing we have to take into consideration are your flights. If you are flying from abroad and can't change or cancel the flights, what are your options? We have some great alternatives for you! Our travel agency doesn't only sell ski holidays, we also have 2 other travel websites that offer different destinations and different types of holidays.
Say for example, your ski holiday is for Andorra and the resort closes and you've already booked your flights to Barcelona. We can offer you different holiday packages in Barcelona as well as a stay in a beach resort!! So, one way or another, you will be enjoying your much-deserved holiday!
