Due to a high demand, our team of experts from the product department have been meeting with different transfer companies to offer this service to make it easier and cheaper to plan your ski holiday in Andorra.
As you may already know, we try our best to offer all-in packages to guarantee a hassle-free holiday to the snow. We strongly believe that you should be on holiday as soon as you land which is why we now offer round-trip transfers from Barcelona and Toulouse to different ski resorts in Andorra.
How can you add transfers to your ski holiday?
Once you have chosen your Andorra Ski Holiday, you can add a selection of ski extras at an excellent price such as ski insurance, equipment rental, meal tickets, lessons, etc. It is here where you can also add the transfer service!
If you are travelling to Andorra, you can add a transfer service to your booking from Barcelona El Prat Airport and Toulouse Blagnac Airport as well as the main bus station in Toulouse.
How do airport transfers work on your ski holiday?
Our team of ski and snowboard experts will send you an e-mail requesting you to send the travellers passport details as well as flight times and your preferred pick-up time.
When you're due to go on your ski holiday, we'll send you your booking confirmation voucher as well as your transfer tickets and a short e-mail with info regarding the exact location of the pick-up, info regarding your baggage allowance and any other detail you may need to know in advance.
How long before do you need to be at the transfer pick-up point?
As you're landing in a foreign country, take into account that it may take you longer than expected to get from the baggage carousel to the transfer pick-up point at the airport. So, make sure you give yourselves plenty of time from when you land to when you get to the meeting point to catch the bus!
The bus are mostly on time so you need to be there at 15 minutes before departure so you load your luggage and hand in your tickets. Have your passport handy and you'll be asked to identify yourself before you get on the bus.

If you need to cancel or change the dates of your booking with Esquiades.com, please contact us via Manage Your Booking and we’ll take care of your query. If you only need to change the transfer time (not date), you can also send us the request and we'll rearrange your journey plan and send you the amended voucher via e-mail with no extra charge ;)
If you are already travelling and your flight is delayed, you should call the transfer company as soon as you get these news (you'll have their contact details on your tickets and confirmation voucher). Please bare in mind that amendments are subject to availability and you should contact them in advance.
All passengers must carry passports/ID as the driver won't allow unidentified travellers on the bus.
Each passenger is allowed 1 piece of luggage (20 kg max. weight) and 1 pair of skis/snowboard gear.
This service doesn't run on December 25th nor January 1st. Therefore, it won't be possible to book the transfer service to and from Andorra.
