Last weekend, the ski resorts of the Swiss Alps opened the 2020/2021 ski season. That is why today we come with this post where we are going to share with you exclusive photos of the ski resorts that we sell. Grindelwald ski resort

Zermat

Surely you have seen the typical photo of the Zermatt valley with several little houses at the foot of Mount Matterhorn or Matterhorn, if you are in the Swiss part or in the Italian part. That is why we come to you with information that you probably did not know.

Zermattlantis

It is the Matterhorn Museum, located a little further down from the town square. Here you can get to know Zermattlantis, a recreated excavation that presents a graphic world full of surprising stories. You can immerse yourself in the adventures that have taken place on the Matterhorn and see various shelters.

Gornergrat

Take advantage of your visit to Zermatt to take the rack railway that will take you to Gornergrat, which is 3,089 meters high and from where you can enjoy an incredible mountain panorama. From here you can see the Matterhorn, the Pico del Dufour and the third longest glacier in the Alps.

Verbier

It is situated on a sunny plateau and is considered the most cosmopolitan of Valais resorts. It is one of the ski areas that are part of “Les 4 Vallées” and for ski touring enthusiasts, Verbier is a stop on the “Haute Route” crossing that connects Chamonix with Zermatt.

Val de Bagnes

It is one of the largest nature reserves in Switzerland. The starting point is Champsec which is about 12 km from Verbier and the end of the route is the beautiful Mauvoisin reservoir. The views of the deep valley will take your breath away!

Nendaz

Located above the Rhone Valley and in the centre of the “Les 4 Vallées” ski region. Aside from skiing, there are 100 km of hiking trails and 40 km of snowshoeing. Another way to enjoy the snow!

The pastures of Balavaux

If you visit Nandez, you cannot miss a visit to the Balavaux pastures and discover the different phases of the production of the famous raclette cheese. You can also visit the cheese cellar and the stables where the cows live.

Treasure hunt

It is a series of circuits around Nendaz. It is the perfect way to do an activity with family or friends.

Martigny

It is located between vineyards and fruit trees and many know it for its gastronomy. In addition, it sports a history of about two thousand years (Celtic tribes, the Romans, Napoleon's troops, etc.).

Morand Distillery

It is one of the most prestigious distilleries in the production of fruit spirits. The best known liqueurs are Abricotine (made from apricot), Coing (made from quince) and Framboise (made from mountain raspberries).
