Our Team
Our passion is the mountain and so, we can honestly say that we all feel very passionate about what we do. We want to offer our customers an authentic snow experience and make sure they have everything they need without having to worry about a single thing.
We offer all-in ski packages in most ski resorts. Once you’ve landed in your destination, we’ll take care of everything else.
Our customer service team speaks a total of 7 languages (Spanish, Catalan, English, French, Portuguese, German and Italian) and works around the clock to be by your side during the booking process.
Ski Resorts
Where can you go skiing with Esquiades.com? Our top destination is Andorra and most of our customers believe this is the only ski destination we have to offer.
We can take you to different ski resorts in Europe. We’ve redesigned our searcher on our homepage so you can see exactly what we have to offer. And there’s still more to come! The Italian and Swiss Alps are also on the horizon ;)
Our Extras
We know how important it is to hit the slopes and to simply enjoy your time with friends and family.
If you book your ski holiday with Esquiades.com, you can add the following extras:
➡ Airport Transfers or Car Rental
➡ Ski Insurance
➡ Ski and Snowboard Equipment
➡ Ski and Snowboard Gear
➡ Ski and Snowboard Lessons (both group lessons and private lessons)
➡ Lunch Tickets for the ski resort
And, depending on the ski destination, you can also add extras to enjoy some of the local leisure activities such as ice skating, a visit to the local thermal spas, etc
You can add these extras during the booking process (they are on Step 2 of the booking process) as well as after confirming your booking. We know how sometimes you prefer to confirm the hotel first and after that, have a look at the extras and add them at another time. All you need to do is send us your enquiry via Manage My Booking and we’ll take care of the rest ;)
Some of you may ask yourselves, “do the prices of the extras change if I add them on later?” and the answer is no. You should not have to pay more for adding an extra at another time.
What else do you need to know?
Some of our most frequently asked questions are:
I’ve noticed you have Early Booking Discounts but, do I need to pay the full amount of the booking now?
No, you do not. If you wish to confirm your booking, you’ll only need to pay a deposit of 20% and the rest, in as many installments as you wish.
If our system is asking you to pay the full amount, please check the rate you have selected. If you’ve selected a non-refundable rate, you will be asked to pay the full amount in advance.
Do I need to confirm my booking with the hotel?
No, you do not. Once you’ve paid the deposit, we’ll take care of the rest and send your booking details to the accommodation.
I have some preferences regarding the allocation of the rooms I have booked. What do I need to do?
You can send us any enquiry via Manage My Booking and we will make sure to forward it to the hotel for you. If you have food allergies, you can also send this info to us so we can notify the hotel in advance.
Where do I collect my ski pass?
Unless the ski resort has to follow a certain protocol, we deliver the ski pass to your hotel. Our delivery team will make sure your ski pass is there on the day you check in (during peak season, you may check in before the ski pass has arrived. If that is the case, the ski pass will be delivered during that same evening. So, you can visit reception the next morning before heading to the breakfast buffet and they will give you your envelope)
I am on location and need help from customer service? How do I contact you?
As we have mentioned, we are always by your side which is why we provide our contact details on your confirmation voucher so you can either call us or send us a message at any time.
Our customer service is available 7 days a weeks, 365 days a year.
