Grandvalira - Vallnord Pal-Arinsal - Ordino Arcalís, ANDORRA
The Vallnord - Pal Arinsal , Ordino Arcalís and Grandvalira ski resorts have several restaurants and bars on the slopes where you can taste the Andorran recipes. You already have a good reason to sit down to eat during your day in the snow!
Andorran gastronomy, although it has its own dishes, also has many similarities with Catalan and French. The proximity to Catalonia means that many typical Andorran dishes are also present in Catalan mountain cuisine. It is normal being their closest neighbors!
Restaurants in Andorra offer signature cuisine with a touch of high quality mountain cuisine, where eating becomes an authentic experience. Its cuisine is based on mountain hunting and its substitutes such as sausages; in estuary fish, with trout as the main dish; and also with a lot of presence of wild mushrooms and fruit.
