The great particularity of the festival in the snow has been the diversification of the shows, with a side for all audiences and another for over 18s with the evening festival. Julio Ventaja, Managing Director of Grandvalira, Pas de la Casa - Grau Roig points out that
"From the resort we are very happy, we have tried to host a very different festival. The value for families has been a differential factor that we have worked with elrow since the beginning of the relationship to be able to do activities in different parts of the resort, both for children and for adults".
With a set-up that required 55 trailers, 250 operators and another 250 workers during the festival, including 150 entertainers, Snowrow attracted more than 8, 000 people on Friday and Saturday. The Snowrow gathered more than 8,000 people on Friday and Saturday (the maximum capacity of the site), as well as 4,000 on Thursday for the preparty, coming from 12 countries. The CEO of elrow, Juan Arnau, head of the immersive festival company, has expressed his gratitude for the good reception of this great event by Andorra.
"We have had a lot of French, English and Dutch public, in addition to, of course, Spanish and Andorran. We are very happy that people follow us all over the world doing special things. We do festivals all over the world, we are in more than 40 countries, and it is the first project in the snow, which has been a challenge, but the truth is that the weather has accompanied us and everything has gone very well. In addition, the country has thrown itself into our hands".
The Grandvalira Snowrow Festival offered activities for all audiences and families during the day.
A luxury line-up with more than 40 internationally renowned DJs.
The afternoon festival, the highlight of the Snowrow, featured performances by internationally renowned DJs who did not disappoint. Welshman Jamie Jones, who triumphs with his techno and melodic house music, and Spaniard Paco Osuna, with his always cheerful, dynamic and sophisticated sound, headed a line-up with more than 40 international and resident DJs. Precisely the latter was also the protagonist on Friday at noon of one of the most atmospheric sessions outside the main stage of the Snowrow, completely filling the terrace of the iconic Restaurant del Refugi de Pessons, which can only be accessed by skiing.
Beyond the afternoon festival, another of the spaces with a lot of atmosphere has been the Brownx, a themed area located next to the Pulka and inspired by the New York streets where, among others, local DJ talent such as Angel de Andrés, Edu_Art, Patricia Mantovani, Santi Nocquet, Meiken, Noe Osses, Nyol On and Vittosky have played. The Coll Blanc has also been one of the hot spots of the daytime festival, especially with the sets by Franky Rizardo and Marco Faraone.
As for the family side, the Family Dome, the Kids Garden and La Catedral have centralized the activities for all audiences.
