If you like cooking and skiing, this is your event. Next Thursday, January 16 and Saturday, January 25, the first Snowcooking Guayente Cerler will take place in Aramón Cerler, a new initiative where haute cuisine and skiing come together to offer skiers an authentic high altitude dinner.
Skiers who sign up for these dinners can taste authentic dishes of haute cuisine by the students of the prestigious School of Hostelry Guante in the restaurant Cota DosMil of the station, scene of this perfect marriage between gastronomy and snow.
Snowcooking provides a unique experience in the heart of the mountains of Cerler. Skiers will enjoy the sunset with a glass of champagne at 2,370 meters altitude, in the Cogulla, from which they will descend to begin, already in the restaurant with the tasting of a beer tasting and the exclusive menu prepared by the students of Guayente.
After dinner you will descend skiing down the slopes of the station to Cerler 1,500, in a descent lit by torches. The capacity is limited to 30 attendees per dinner, and the price per covered is 55 euros.
