Grandvalira: celebration and up to 250cm of powder snow await you this weekend
Grandvalira plans to open nearly 100% of its skiable domain (210km) next weekend. Heavy snowfall in last weeks have allowed an accumulation of dust snow reaching levels higher than 120 cm in the lowest height and at elevation 250 cm in the highest peaks. These thick could increase as new precipitation of snow will be coming in the coming days. However, we expect a weekend with optimal conditions for practicing winter sports.
Calendar of events for the weekend
The restaurant L'Abarset remains being the meeting place after a day of skiing. This weekend, the area located to the ski slopes in the area of El Tarter in Grandvalira will host two major celebrations. On Saturday all lovers who have visited the resort can enjoy Après Ski Party Cupido from 16h. In addition, on Saturday and Sunday the Coca-Cola festival will be held with great ambience, recreational attractions for young ones and live music by DJ's from the brand.
