How it works?
Once we have reached the official statement of the complete closure of the ski resort (Grandvalira or Vallnord) and affecting dates of your reservation, we will contact you to inform you and offer you the best option to modify or to cancel.
What are my options?
If you wish, you can change the dates of your reservation by other depending on availability at no cost! Also, if you prefer you can cancel your reservation, recovering 100% of your money. Yeah, you read that right! Do not charge anything for the cancellation. So you need not worry if the station does not open. :)
What should I do?
Just as you or contact you, past a maximum of 8 hours of haberos informed us you will have to communicate what decision you have taken. So we can make arrangements as soon as possible and you can enjoy this benefit.
But ... that's not all!
What should I do to change my reservation?
Only you will have to send an email to info@esquiades.com from the e-mail address associated with the reservation with a minimum of 4 days prior to departure and then respond to your query.
This unique benefit applies to all bookings with travel dates between 17 and 20 April! Do not think more and make your reservation NOW!
