Grandvalira raises € 3,128 in solidarity with his act, Valentine

Grandvalira organized the February 14 special action in favor of the Spanish Heart Foundation (FEC) to celebrate Valentine's Day. Some 200 skiers, including small snow lovers School Ski and Snowboard sector Grandvalira-Grau Roig, participated gliding down the runway with big red balloons that have united to form a spectacular 100m2 heart of the snow.
The largest ski resort in southern Europe has donated through their foundation, Social Grandvalira, a check for € 3,128 to the Spanish Heart Foundation. The donation, corresponding to 1% of the proceeds obtained from the sale that day ski passes, will be used to finance projects for research and development of new therapies or mechanisms to combat cardiovascular disease.
Next, all participants have released their balloons were flying to the sky, symbolically, in favor of the FEC, offering a spectacular closing image for a single act ever held in Grandvalira.
A spokesman for Social Grandvalira praised the event held today as "a great experience for the whole team of Grandvalira. The action taken today has been very well received by our customers, who have enjoyed and been supportive of buying your ticket on such an important day as it is, for many, Valentine's Day. " Also concluded: "We are proud to help the Spanish Heart Foundation to continue developing projects related to cardiovascular health and to do so with special actions like today."
For his part, Dr. Leandro Plaza, president of the Spanish Heart Foundation (FEC), remarked: "It is an honor for the FEC that an entity that promotes sport as Grandvalira bet on cardiovascular disease research, and today they are still the leading cause of death worldwide. "
