Christmas at Baqueira Beret is a balanced combination of traditional events for the whole family, sports competitions against the clock and a lot of après ski atmosphere.
All this with a forecast of opening of tracks - provided that the weather conditions allow it - that will be around 162 km of paths and with the four areas of the resort in operation: Baqueira, Beret, Bonaigua and Baciver.
All Baqueira Beret services will be fully operational , including the Ski Service Baqueira Store and themed restaurants with the 5J Grill Baqueira in 1800, Moët Winter Lounge in Orri, San Miguel Shelter in Bonaigua. Also the renovated Baqueira 2200 and the Baqueira Bar in 1500 as the nerve center of après ski even with the boots on. And in the Forum area of 1500 the Borda Lobato, the Winebar by Viña Pomal and the Drinkery pub will also be open to the public.
First edition of Polar Sound Festival
The winter music festival with some of the most recognized names in the Spanish music scene such as Izal, Guitarricadelafuente, Miss Caffeina and the mythical G Men, among others. Located in the car park lot of Baqueira Beret 1500, your bet is to bring together the nature of the Pyrenees with the reference groups in the national pop to welcome you to the Christmas holidays.
The e-tron Ski Night will illuminate Christmas in Baqueira Beret
Baqueira Beret will live the night of December 28 by the hand of Audi a unique experience where 400 skiers equipped with LEDs will be the protagonists of the e-tron Ski Night event . The experience is open to the participation of skiers who wish to sign up for a historic decline.
The experience will begin with the sunset. Crowds of LEDs will flood light up to 5 kilometers from the Baqueira Beret slopes on a route that will cover 1,000 m of unevenness. A total of 400 skiers will enjoy the resort as they had never done before on a magical night skiing day that will serve, in addition to living a unique sensation in the Val d'Aran resort, to publicize the new model of the Audi e-tron 100% electric.
Christmas tradition in high mountains
From December 24 to January 5, the resort proposes a special program for the Christmas holidays. Santa Claus will visit the little ones and all kinds of activities will be organized for all audiences, among which are: the traditional torch descent, the New Year's Eve concert and the parade with track preparation machines of the Magi Eastern.
On the 24th, Santa Claus will arrive at 12:15 in Beret and from there he will move to Baqueira 1800 in a sleigh pulled by dogs, if conditions permit. The children will be able to greet you and explain what gifts they ask for these holidays. Day 31 will be the turn of the popular torch descent at 7:30 pm with the subsequent Vin Cau to forget the cold and fireworks by saying goodbye to 2019 with the desire of a 2020 with a lot of snow. On January 1 at 19:00 there will be the New Year's concert at the Church of Baqueira in favor of Mundo en Harmonía.

The 1st edition of the FIS Blanca Fernández Ochoa Trophy will be held at Beret Stadium, Gigante Saturday (GS) and Slalom Sunday (SL) in the men's and women's range.

- 12.00h: Arrival of Santa Claus to Beret in front of Era Escòla, at the foot of the Control Tower.
- 12.45: Arrival of Santa Claus at the 1800 level of Baqueira
Saturday, December 28
Audi e-tron Ski Night: Unique night experience where up to 400 skiers equipped with LEDs will be the protagonists of the event that will descend from the Cap de Baqueira to the 1500 level.
Sunday, December 29
Marxa CAEI Naut Aran cross-country skiing in classic style organized by CAEI for all categories with distances of 14, 7 and 3.5 km to be played in the Pla de Beret.
