Next weekend Grandvalira celebrates the 50th anniversary of Soldeu-El Tarter with lots of activities

The Andorran resort will host a lot of events to mark the 50th anniversary of this sector. The Pyrenees Cup freestyle will be one of the most interesting events, and many more!

Among the activities will be held to commemorate the golden jubilee of the organization, there will be a photographic exhibition "The Engine of a Parish," which opens next Thursday, 6 February at 19:00.

Another event is the Festival of Light, which took place on Friday 7 February from 19:30 in the Avet slope of Soldeu. This is a decrease of torches and a show-show with the team Top Class School Ski Soldeu-El Tarter. There will also be fireworks, laser projections, animation and mulled wine, chocolate and cake will be served.

For the liveliest on Saturday February 8 was conducted Race Era, from 11:00 h on the dance Avet Soldeu. It is a giant slalom to combine sport and fun, rewarding both participants that take the time to make your career as vintage clothing.

That same Saturday, 17:00 to 21:00 you can enjoy the anniversary party 50 years Slodeu-El Tarter in the restaurant l'Abarset El Tarter. There will be lots of atmosphere and good music with songs from the 60s to now, so so you can not lose!

As I have mentioned at the entrance to this news, this weekend is also the Pyrenees Cup held in the categories Freestyle skiing and snowboarding. This international championship organized by the Ski Club Pas de la Casa / Grau Roig will be held in the Snowpark Xavi Grau Roig. Parallel to this event, between 10:00 and 14:00 h, will be the proof of Slopestyle. At the same time, arrive on Sunday the turne Big Air.

The good news is that if you think about going skiing this weekend, the forecast is quite favorable. Both for 8 to 9 are expected to abundant snowpack and opening all your tracks then skied unbeatable.
