The best time of the year: looking for your next ski destination, find a good deal on Esquiades.com and put on your skis to enjoy some well-deserved runs. We work very hard to fulfill your wishes! And one of the things we are happy to know is that more and more people trust us to make their ski holiday.
Yes, this 2023-24 season we have accompanied 134,318 skiers.
As you know, this season has been complicated. The weather was not on our side, snowfalls were slow to arrive and temperatures were unusually high... Even so, we are very happy with the data obtained!

This year we have seen new faces and it has been noticed. More than 4 million people have entered our website to take a look at our offers and content and plan their ski holiday.
Thanks to the constant improvement of our APP, we have also increased visits by 3.88% over the previous year, and also bookings made from the APP or mobile devices. Where do you visit us from, web or app?

From Esquiades.com we work hard to offer you new ski destinations every season. This effort has brought us 2.791 bookings in international ski resorts .

The same illusion that we have to release a pair of shoes, skis, or trousers is shared in... TRENCH SKI RESORTS! 70.4% of the resorts we have are international, and this 2023-24 we have added up to 10 new resorts (and the 24-25 season we will have MANY more).

"Go hard or go home", is something we say a lot in the office. The quick translation would be "Go hard or go home". And what does that mean? Well, we like to think big and make it happen. For that reason we are very excited about our project of internationalization of Esquiades.com.
For some time now you can find our website in 5 international languages: English, French, Portuguese, German and Italian. Would you like us to add another language?

We have had 1,057,505 web visits outside Spain! A 20.50% more than 22-23 and a total of 2,947 bookings (1.44% less than the previous season).

Our community is super important, they help us to improve our services and know better all your needs. Thanks to them, we can offer ski holiday packages or mountain hotels adapted to all kind of profiles.

As you can see, most of them travel as a family (37%), as a couple (22%) and with friends (24%). They are usually short holidays around 3 nights and book their ski holiday about 38 days in advance.
Did you know that on Esquiades.com you can also choose the option of booking only the hotel (without ski passes)? 11.28% of the bookings this season 23/24 are only for accommodation in ski destinations, but without the ski pass included.

The origin of our customers is mainly from Spain, although the number of international customers who book with us is increasing every year.
Although we have a lot of complements on the web, the most popular ones are: ski insurance (56.06% of our customers book it) and equipment rental (48.59% of our customers book it).
There are skiers who prefer this flexibility, or new users who simply want to see the snow or a mountain holiday!
This 2023-24 we continue to notice a rise in the standard of living. We can also see this in ski deals, with a significant increase in the price per booking. Although this point is also due to the fact that we are offering more and more international destinations to customers from all over the world and also a greater number of extras in the booking.

All these contents worked with care have caused a furor this year, because it is incredible the strong increase we have experienced in all of them, especially in Instagram and Tik Tok.
Globally, in social networks this year we have grown by 21.56% compared to last season. Just successes!

Another channel that works wonders for us and that many customers value is the newsletter. A small mailing with offers, special prices, valuable information, sweepstakes... We have up to 196,746 skiers subscribed!
We send it every two weeks during the ski season (except when there are snowfalls, then we may send an email more often than the previous one, but for a good reason!)

Our open rate is 32%, 5.57 points higher than the average open rate of a travel newsletter!
