1 Restaurant and services

1.1 Agenda for the weekend:

For the weekend of February 15 and 16, which is considered the halfway point of the season, the ski resort of Baqueira Beret plans to open more than 150 km of slopes, spread over its four ski areas. All the lifts will be in operation, which will allow a maximum rotation of skiers and should avoid crowds. There are still more than two months of the season ahead until it closes on April 21, so the possibilities for skiing and snowboarding holidays are very tempting.

Despite the high influx of people at this time of February, the 2,273 hectares of terrain of the ski area allow a quiet and spacious skiing. Highlights such as the Dossau and the slopes that descend from Clòt Der Os or Costarjàs, all in Beret. Also the area of Peülla, in the middle of the Bonaigua pass or the Tuc de la Llança ski lifts in Argulls. These areas, due to their amplitude and variety of slopes, allow you to enjoy skiing without crowds.

The four ski areas have snow thicknesses between 85 and 95 cm of hard-powder quality distributed very evenly throughout the resort and its elevations, from the base at 1,500 to 2,610 m at Baciver.

Restaurant and services

Baqueira Beret' s varied restaurants are 100% operational during this season and it is recommended to book in advance at the gastronomic restaurants. In particular the 5 Jotas Grill restaurant in 1800, the Moët Winter Lounge in Orri, the Refugi San Miguel in Bonaigua, the Pla de Beret Restaurant and finally the lesser known and renovated two seasons ago, the 2,200 restaurant in Baqueira.

On the other hand, remember the more practical facilities such as the free flow of the Forest in 1800, the cafeteria La Choza in the busiest area of the resort or the self service of Beret are establishments where the priority is the speed to get back on skis as soon as possible.

In the core of Baqueira 1500, the Wine Bar by Viña Pomal, the Borda Lobato with its uninterrupted opening hours and the Baqueira Bar 1500 are options to take into account for the afternoon or for dinner. For children or those with a sweet tooth, the Haägen Dazs store in the Ruda shopping center is a "must".
