Petrosos de Panticosa ski area, with the first skiers

Until just 24 hours ago, skiing in the Formigal-Panticosa ski area Formigal-Panticosa was only possible in the first of the two big ski areas. Today, Monday January 8, thanks to the snowfall of Epiphany and yesterday Sunday, you can now ski in the ski resort of Panticosa.

The snow report for today Monday is little more than testimonial, since the station only offers 1 km skiable, in Petrosos area, of the 39 that adds when the ski area is at 100%.

The snow thicknesses on the slopes, according to the official communiqué, range from 25 to 30 cm of powder quality snow. The Panticosa gondola lift, Fobas chairlift and Yanel, Telecabina and Chiquitines conveyor belts are open. Open green slopes Chiquitines, Yanel, Edelweiss and blue Fobas.
