1 We reveal the next events

The Boí Taüll ski resort has closed the Christmas and Reyes parties with very good figures. December 29 and 30 have been the most busy, with more than 4,000 skiers per day enjoying the ski slopes of the Vall de Boí. During this period, a total of 31,671 days of skiing have been accumulated, compared to 22,364 registered the previous year.

These good figures are the result of the consolidation of the destination, which attracts loyal and stable customers , mainly from Catalonia, Madrid and the Valencian Community. The snow conditions, with thicknesses that have remained between 30 cm in the low levels of the season and 90 cm in the high levels, have been, without a doubt, a determining factor to achieve these good results.

During these holidays, as usual at this time of year, Boí Taüll users have been able to enjoy various activities such as the arrival of Santa Claus on Christmas Day, the traditional torch descent on Saturday, December 29, and the arrival of the Magi to close the Christmas program.

As Xavier González , General Director of Boí Taüll has pointed out: “We are very satisfied with the results achieved during this Christmas, especially for the high level of satisfaction of the skiers who have visited us and have enjoyed, as rarely, a combination of extraordinary snow quality and sunny weather. In any case, we hope and wish that this good response from the skiers is the omen of a fantastic season for both the ski resort and the rest of the tourist establishments of the Vall de Boí. "

We reveal the next events

Next Sunday , January 20, Boí Taüll will celebrate the FIS World Snow Day and invite all children (from 6 to 15 years old) to ski for free, as well as to take free initiation classes (from 10 am to 12 noon). The resort will also offer significant discounts on the rental of equipment.

On Saturday 26 the first test of the alpine skiing season will take place with the celebration of the Lliga Pirineus organized by the Cicle de Neu and the Consell Esportiu, of the Regional Council of Alta Ribagorça.

Already in February , on the 2nd and 3rd the Golden Freeride will be held, scoring for the international circuit of the Junior Freeride World Tour.

On the same weekend, specifically on Saturday, Day 2 , the first ski and snowboard competition will also be held at the resort's snowpark. This is the already consolidated test for young people under 16, New Kids On The Snow .

From February 8 to 10 it will be the turn of the Spanish Mountain Ski Absolute Championships , in full format, with the Individual Chrono, Chronoescalada and Esprint tests.

On February 9 and 10 there will also be activity in the snowpark with the organization of the Introduction Days to Freestyle, Nice & Clean .
