1 Event Program

From December 24 to January 5, the Val d'Aran and Valls d'Àneu station offers a special program for the Christmas holidays. Santa Claus will visit the little ones and all kinds of activities designed for all audiences will be organized, among them: the traditional torch descent, the New Year's Eve concert and the Three Wise Men parade .

One more year, Baqueira Beret dresses with the best galas to receive the thousands of skiers who come to the station to celebrate Christmas parties in a big way, with family or with the group of friends. During these dates you can enjoy the snow, skiing or snowboarding on the more than 70 km of open slopes in the areas of Baqueira, Beret and Bonaigua.

From December 24 to January 5, the station launches a wide range of activities that will delight all audiences. On Saturday 24 is reserved for the little ones, who will receive the visit of Santa Claus: they can greet you and explain what gifts they ask for these holidays. The last day of the year, it will be the turn of the torch descent and a great party will be held to say goodbye to 2016.

2017 will begin on a good foot, with the New Year's concert “The great Christmas music”, in which compositions by Bach, Händel, Telemann, among others will be performed. All funds raised will be used to subsidize social actions of the non-profit association "World in Harmony". On Thursday, January 5 in the afternoon, the Three Kings' Cavalcade will arrive.

During these dates, all Baqueira Beret services will be fully operational, including Ski Service and Baqueira Store and themed restaurants with the 5J Grill Baqueira in 1800, the classic Moët Winter Lounge in Orri and the informal San Miguel Refuge in Bonaigua. And in the Forum area of 1500, the new Borda Lobato, the Winebar by Viña Pomal, the Drinkery and the recently opened Deli Baqueira store will also be open.

7.30pm: Lowering torches (prior registration, payment and collection of access bracelet). Meeting at the bottom of the Forest chairlift and climb to the 1800 level.

19.40h: Lift of the chair lift.

19.50h: Start of torch descent. Next fireworks castle and Vin Cau.

24.00: New Year's Eve party, discos, pubs and restaurants in the Valley.
