Aramón invests 8.1 million euros in security, innivation and services at its resorts

The Aramón Group has invested 8.1 million euros in its resorts in the Aragonese Pyrenees during this campaign to improve the quality, service and customer experience with a long list of new tracks, services, rentals, hospitality and, for course, in experiences, in those that make it unique. The news for this season that is about to begin have been presented this Thursday in Madrid.

In addition to works on various routes to improve accessibility and encourage its opening as soon as possible, in Formigal has made a great performance in the area of debutants of Sextas with the covering of the tape for beginners, windshield renewal and reinforcement in manufacturing of snow in this low level, zone in which in addition 60 ha of pines have been planted. It also highlights the investment in security, more than 600,000 euros for the Gazex system that prevent the accumulation of snow in areas of steep slope.

Cerler

The investment in snow manufacturing has also been substantial, close to 800,000 euros. The new Valdelinares runway has been added, reinforced in the one in Rio de Formigal, and the network renewed with modernization of canyons, improvement of the system in Cerler, where the network has also been extended. In this resort, in addition, pavements and accesses to the resort of Molino and Ampriu have been paved, a new track of debutantes has been set up in Cota 2000 named Cargol, and others have been acted in order to make them more accessible to favor its early opening.

Regarding the experiences offered by Aramón, the Mugas de Formigal , the great novelty of last season, grows with two new ones. Thus, in the vicinity of the Ibiv de Culivillas, you can enjoy a unique experience for six couples or families. They will go up when the sun goes down, they will walk next to a mountain guide who will tell them the secrets of these mountains, they will taste a special menu and they will rest in their muga, with an impressive view of the snowy mountains.

Cerler also bets for the sunset , so that skiers can enjoy a toast while the sun hides behind the peaks of more than 3,000 meters that surround the resort. After replenishing forces, a nocturnal descent with torches.

There will also be torches in Panticosa, where you can enjoy an authentic evening in the middle of nature with a dinner prior to the observation of stars guided by an expert. And finally, that descent by Estrimal, in the light of the torchlight to the same town. While in Formigal, the nocturnal descent will be under the spotlights of the illuminated track of the River, 2.5 kilometers after an après-ski with live music in Cantal.

Formigal also bets on dawn on slopes, to enjoy the arrival of the day and some descents before the season opens. While Cerler keeps surprises for freeride lovers on snowy days: with secured areas but not stepping.

The group Aramón, which last year returned to conquer the 'fans' of skiing by adding 1.2 million passes, is betting one more year to be a leader in innovation. Thus, the APP will be compatible with Apple Watch, users will be able to obtain a video track to share in networks and skiers will be able to compete in the gimkhana by resorts.
