How many skiers have we taken to the snow this season?

We know that one of the most exciting times of the year is planning what your next ski destination will be, find a good deal on Esquiades.com and putting on your skis to enjoy some well-deserved runs. We do our best to make you live that experience! It fills us with satisfaction to see how more and more people choose us to organize their ski holiday.

This season 2024-25 we have taken 145,435 skiers to the snow.

As you know, during the season the weather has been with us until almost the end, we have closed the slopes in style!

Did you know that 52.25% of the bookings made through our APP and Esquiades website were made from cell phones?

This year also more than 4 million people have entered our website to take a look at our offers and content to organize their ski holiday.

Thanks to the constant improvement of our APP, we have also increased visits by 10.52% over the previous year, as well as bookings made from the APP or mobile devices. And you, where do you visit us from, web or app?

As you can see, we have obtained 8.86% more bookings compared to the previous season, great! But in terms of reviews we are down 5.4%. When you travel, we encourage you to share your experience with us, we love to receive your feedback!

We keep growing in international resorts! Every year we grow with our internationalization project.

As you know from previous years, from Esquiades.com we work hard to offer you new ski destinations every season.

This year, the hard work and effort of the team has brought us 3,739 bookings in international ski resorts this season, without taking into account the Andorran resorts, 28.09% more than last season!

Yes, the international market is booking their ski holidays on Esquiades.com.

"Go hard or go home", is something we say a lot in the office. The quick translation would be "Go hard or go home". And what does that mean? Well, we like to think big and make it happen. For that reason we are very excited about our project of internationalization of Esquiades.com.

For some time now you can find our website in 7 international languages: English, French, Portuguese, German and Italian. What a great experience!

This season 24-25 we have had 805,801 web visits outside Spain, 23.80% less than 23-24 and a total of 3,370 bookings,19.16% more than last season!

Thanks to our community, we continue to grow and refine what we offer, better understanding your tastes and needs season after season. This allows us to design ski holiday packages and mountain accommodations for different styles of travellers.

You're sure to identify with one of them!

As you can see, most of them travel as a family (38%), with friends (23%) and as a couple (21%). They are usually short holidays around 3 nights and book their ski holiday about 36 days in advance.

Did you know that on Esquiades.com you can also choose the option of booking only the hotel (without ski passes)? 7,46% of the bookings this season 24/25 are only for accommodation in ski destinations, but without the ski pass included.

The origin of our customers is mainly from Spain, although the number of international customers who book with us is increasing every year.

Although we have a lot of complements on the web, the most popular ones are: equipment rental (43.85% of our customers book it) and ski insurance (41.34%).

There are skiers who prefer this flexibility, or new users who simply want to see the snow or a mountain holiday!

During the 2024-25 season, we continue to see an increase in the cost of living, something that is also reflected in the price of ski bookings. This increase is partly due to our increasingly international offer, attracting skiers from different parts of the world, and to the fact that we include a greater variety of services and complements in each booking.

All these contents worked with care have caused a furor this year, because it is incredible the strong increase we have experienced in all of them, especially in Instagram and Tik Tok.

Globally, in social networks this year we have grown by 14.62% compared to last season. Just successes!

Another channel that works wonders for us and that many customers value is the Newsletter. An email with offers, special prices, valuable information, sweepstakes... We have up to 197,795 skiers subscribed!

We send it every two weeks during the ski season (except when there are snowfalls, then we may send an email more often than the previous one, but for a good reason!)

Our open rate is 39%. Amazing, isn't it?

This year we were starting the season with our first Après-Ski in the French Alps!
