The Catalan resorts close the season and the number of skiers shoots

The resorts of the FGC Group have been exceeded registering more than twice as many visitors as in the year 2017. More than 74,000 people have enjoyed the snow during the Easter holidays (last year 34,111 skiers).

Among all the winter resorts, the most experienced has been the La Molina ski resort with 371% more respect for the year 2017. Following, the Vallter 2000 ski resort has been the second with an influx in Easter of 116 % ( 4,946 skiers more than the previous year).

The following resorts with an important growth have been: the ski resort Espot Esquí , with 106% more than last year; and the Port Ainé ski resort with 11,896 palilleros (89% more). And finally, the ski resort Vall de Núria , with 13,715 visitors and a growth compared to 2017 of 13.43%. This complex is the most visited among the resorts of the FGC Group.

This year's weather has offered a ski season full of snow, with conditions of full winter during this last month. but also with spring days with a pleasant atmosphere. Thanks to this, the Catalan resorts have been able to open most of the slopes and all their skiable domain.
