The ski resort of Boí Taüll is located in the Catalan Pyrenees, in the Vall de Boí, and is the gateway to the National Park of Aigüestortes i Estany de Sant Maurici. It is the highest ski resort in Catalonia, and if something stands out this resort is because it helps create a strong link between nature and skiers.
It is also a peaceful resort, perfect for a weekend of quiet skiing or for resting with the family.
Get ready to enjoy the snow and the natural spectacle that the Boí Taüll station offers. Its minimum height is 2,020 m and it is located in the Pla de Vaques, while the maximum level, Puig Falcó, is located at 2,751 m. We assure you that it is worth climbing to the highest point, since you will enjoy views as incredible as those offered by the Pallars Jussà and the Pic de l'Orri.
These high levels help the snow of the station to be of quality. In addition, if it has snowed little you will not have to worry, since the ski resort of Boí Taüll has 205 snow cannons. In this way, skiers can enjoy their favorite sport throughout the season.
This station of the Catalan Pyrenees can boast of offering a complete ski area of 45.3 km without queues or crowds, which will make you enjoy jumping or gliding through all the slopes.
For the little ones, the ski resort of Boí Taüll has 11 lifts, a snow garden, a ski school with more than 90 professionals and an exclusive sledding track! There you will find a total of 5 green and 4 blue tracks, where you can start to have contact with the snow. It also has 20 red tracks, perfect for living the sensation of speed, and 14 black tracks, ideal for the most experienced. And if your thing is to ski off the slopes, the hoya form of the station will help you to live an indelible experience.
On the other hand, Boí Taüll is designed so that all its tracks converge at the same point, the Pla de Vaques, where we find the service buildings. There is a medical center, a ski school with more than 90 professionals ready to help you in the skiing or snowboarding technique, a bar and cafeteria to rest between descending and descending, a restaurant to recover energies and a service of rental of Go-pro cameras and photography, so that your day in the snow is immortalized.
By the way, if you reserve the snow material with us, you can pick it up at the store located at the foot of the track. Finally, it should be noted that the ski resort has free Wi-Fi.
To get to this small station, you can use different types of transportation. However, it is a very mountainous area, so direct communications with the station are limited to the car or the bus. From the Pont Suert you can take a bus that will leave you at the foot of the slopes.
You can also take a train to Lleida, a city from which a bus leaves to the Pont de Suert. Once there, you can take the bus direct to outside tracks: the Bus de la Neu, whose price is € 1. Now there are no excuses not to come to Boí Taüll!
If you finally decide to travel by car, we explain how to do it from Barcelona. You have two options: go by highway or highway. Here we tell you the characteristics of both, so you can choose the one that suits you:
