The apartments are in different locations in El Tarter (village). The maximum distance between the buildings is 500 metres and all have a lift.

The apartments are located between 500 and 800 metres from the access to the ski lifts of El Tarter (one of the 6 main entrances to the Grandvalira Ski Resort, with over 200 kilometres of tracks). They are also less than 14 kilometres from the capital, Andorra La Vella.

Its location and design make them ideal for families, couples or young people; as well as for those looking for sports activities (skiing in winter and hiking in summer), without giving up a beautiful setting in a typical mountain village. El Tarter belongs to Canillo, which is 4 kilometres from the town.

The apartments have one or two bedrooms, they are fully furnished and are thermally and acoustically isolated. They have a TV, heating, a kitchen, a fridge, an oven or a microwave, plates and utensils appropriate to the capacity of each unit.

The 3000 Classic Tarter apartments distribution is the following:

Studios - Living room-kitchen with double sofa bed or bunk bed and bathroom.

Apartments - Living room-kitchen with double sofa bed, bathroom, bedroom with double bed or two beds. The additional bedroom can be either twin, double or a bunk bed.

Underground car park is available on request (surcharge) and ski lockers / storage (optional and with supplement).

Pets on request and with a supplement payable directly at the accommodation are.

To consider!

Reception: From 5pm to 8pm.

If you arrive after 8pm, you will have to call the accommodation in advance to inform them of your estimated arrival time. You will find the contact details on your confirmation voucher.

• If you collect the keys before 11pm, there's no extra charge.

• If you collect the keys between 11.01pm and 1am, there's a surcharge of 20€ to be paid upon arrival.

• If you collect the keys from 1am, there's an extra charge of 35€ to be paid upon arrival.

There's a deposit of 150€ per apartment/studio to be paid in cash and the customer must sign a document to authorise that in case of damages, the cost will be deducted from the deposit.

On the last day of your trip, once you leave the apartment you will have to leave the kitchen and the furniture clean and tidy and also deposit the rubbish in the correct containers. If some of the cases are not carried out, the accommodation will be able to retain 50€ from the deposit as a penalty.

The studios do not have rooms, all the rooms are in the same open space (except the bathroom).
The apartments have rooms separated from the living room and kitchen. The number of rooms depends on the apartment you book.

Reception: From 17:00h to 20:00h.

If you are going to arrive after 20:00h you must call the reception of the accommodation to communicate your arrival time. The telephone number will be provided to you through your travel voucher.

The delivery of keys from 20:01h to 00:00h entails a surcharge of 20€ to be pay at reception.

The deliveryof keys after 00:01h entails a surcharge of 35€ to be pay at reception.

The deliveryof keys after 02:01h entails a surcharge of one full day of direct payment at the accommodation.

Deposit deposit of 150€ per apartment or studio, by credit card, which will authorize in writing the charge of any damage that is detected.

They are only 50 meters from the ski lift that leads to the slopes of the Tarter sector ( Grandvalira ski resort ) . You can go skiing from your room!
