About the accommodation

The Hotel Mu 4* is located in the tourist area and around the centre of the city of Ordino, specifically in the area of La Cortinada.

The hotel has a 24-hour reception, ski-guard service, ideal for snow and ski lovers, Wi-Fi connection in main areas and bedrooms, as well as car park (for a fee).

The bedrooms have television, telephone, heating, table-desk and a fully equipped bathroom with shower and hairdryer.

The Spa includes a hot tub, sauna and steam baths. Access to the spa is at an additional cost.

For the winter season and for snow lovers, the closest ski resort is about 10 kilometers away (Arcalis) and we are located about 5 km from the La Massana gondola (Pal-Arinsal), in addition to the gondola from Encamp de Grandvalira, is about 14 km.


Near the accommodation you can find a large number of shops, businesses and places of leisure and entertainment. In addition, just 50 meters away there is a public transport service.

You can also take the opportunity to go shopping, to the shopping capital, since the centre of Andorra la Vella is only 11 km away.

9.7 Reme traveled with friends April 2022 Very friendly staff, we thought that the dinner hours lasted until 10:30 p.m. and we arrived very fair to have dinner at 10 p.m. There were no customers left as it was closing time and they still let us eat there. That deal is what makes you come back to the hotel.
El personal muy amable, creíamos que el horario de la cena aguantaba hasta las 22:30h y llegamos muy justos para cenar a las 22h. Ya no quedaba ningún cliente ya que era la hora de cierre y aún así nos dejaron comer allí. Ese trato es el que hace que vuelvas de nuevo al hotel.
The hotel's Wi-Fi has been a bit cumbersome, if you spent about 10 minutes without using the phone, every time you wanted to use the internet again, you had to connect again, having to fill in the username and password fields.
