About the accommodation

The family-run Hotel Sucarà 3* is located in La Cortinada, 2km from Ordino in the Pyrenees of Andorra. It is just 12km from Ordino/Arcalís ( Planells), 6km from the Pal cable car in La Massana and just 9km from the ski resort of Arinsal.

In the accommodation there is heating, ski lockers and free wifi throughout the hotel. In addition, pets are allowed on request and at a surcharge, so you can stay with your furry companion.

It also has a bar, restaurant with traditional cuisine and terrace. It is an ideal hotel for all types of holidays.

All rooms at the hotel Sucarà are simply decorated and some have mountain views. All rooms have television, heating and private bathroom with hairdryer.

Las instalaciones no son modernas pero están en buen estado y limpias. The staff was not very knowledgeable about transportation and how to get to the cable car station. It would be nice if they could help guests with that kind of information.

Personal molt atén i servicial. Habitació triple molt àmplia. Servei de restaurant força bé.
The beds are old and noisy. We had a problem with the heating but they fixed it right away. Very slow wifi but they were making changes to improve it.
Els llits són vells i fan soroll. Vam tenir un problema amb la calefacció però ho van arreglar de seguida. Wifi molt lent, però estaven fent canvis per millorar-lo.

 9.3 Natalia travelled with  friends December 2022 Very clean room, impeccable towels and sheets. Super hot shower water and the heating works perfect. Wifi signal sufficient to watch online videos of good quality.
Habitación muy limpia, toallas y sábanas impecables. Agua de la ducha super caliente y la calefacción funciona perfecta. Señal Wifi suficiente para ver videos online de buena calidad.
Perhaps a small car park lot would be missing for when there are a lot of people if they don't have it and they didn't tell us when we asked

 9 Steven January 2022 Very clean. Has a bar and restaurant downstairs. Close to slopes (Arcalis is maybe 10 mins, and La Massana and Arinsal a bit more) and the town of La Massana (by car). Also right next to the Ruta de Ferro, a nice walking path.
