The delivery of keys will be made at the customer service point of the apartments.

Customerservice hours: Monday to Sunday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. If you plan to arrive outside these hours, you must call the reception to inform them. You will find the telephone number on your travel voucher.
