About the accommodation

It is located in Andorra La Vella, 100 meters from the communal stadium and 650 meters from the historic center and all stores. From the hotel, the first access to the Grandvalira slopes is about 7 km away in the Encamp ski area where you can access the funicamp. The first access to the Vallnord slopes is 6.5 km away in La Massana, where there is a cable car to Pal.

The rooms have 1 double bed or 2 single beds and are heated and include closet, flat screen TV and private bathroom with shower or bath, amenities and hairdryer.

The Café-lounge bar offers breakfast, pizzas and drinks with pool table, dartboard and karaoke :)

Please note that this hotel only accepts pets in economy rooms. All other room types do not accept pets.

Just 2 km away you can visit the Caldea Spa Centre, the largest mountain spa in Europe, has outdoor and indoor lagoons and has a space for children.

In addition to skiing and relaxing in the thermal center, in the area you can also enjoy shopping and the best restaurants.

 8 Julia travelled with  friends February 2023 It is a correct hotel, without frills, it gives what it offers. Wi-Fi works perfectly. The bedrooms are spacious and the bed is very big. The bathroom is a bit old but the hot water runs fast and well.

 5.2 Jose Carlos travelled with couple February 2023 We made a booking for a room with a double bed and received confirmation. When we checked-in they didn't tell us anything and when we entered the room we saw that the booking did not correspond at all with what they had given us. It was a room with 3 beds. We went to reception to report that it was not what we had contracted and they told us that there was no more availability. They told us that the next day without fail they would change the configuration of the 3 beds for a double bed but instead what they did was simply put the two beds together and put double bed sheets. It was definitely not what we expected and we felt really cheated.
Hicimos reserva de habitación con cama de matrimonio y recimimos confirmación. Cuando hicimos el check-in no nos dijeron nada y en el momento de entrar a la habitación vimos que la reserva no se correspondia en nada con lo que nos habían dado. Era una habitación con 3 camas. Fuimos a recepción a informar de que no era lo que teníamos contatado y nos dijeron que no había más disponibilidad. Nos dijeron que al dia siguiente sin falta cambiarían la configuración de las 3 camas por una de matrimonio pero en lugar de eso lo que hicieron fué simplemente juntar las dos camas y poner sábanas de cama de matrimonio. Definitivamente no era lo que esperábamos y nos sentimos realmente engañados.

They send you an email stating that they will send you the keys to access the hotel (it does not have a reception) BEFORE 3:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival. That day at 2:40 p.m. without having received any email (nor had he answered two that I had sent asking questions) I decided to call. A very rude and borderline man answers me telling me to read the mail better. Maybe he should reconsider writing it better and not trying to be stupid to others since in the email it says BEFORE and not AFTER. For this reason I do not recommend it at all. They had never answered me so badly in the attention of a hotel / apartment.
ellos te envían un email en el que pone que te van a mandar las claves para acceder al hotel (no tiene recepción) ANTES de las 15:00 del día de tu entrada. Ese día a las 14:40 sin haber recibido ningún mail (ni me había contestado tampoco a dos que les había mandado yo preguntándoles dudas) decido llamar. Me contesta un hombre muy maleducado y borde diciéndome que lea mejor el correo. Igual debería él replantearse de escribirlo mejor y no tratar de estúpidos a los demás ya que en el mail pone ANTES y no DESPUES. Por este motivo no lo recomiendo para nada. Nunca me habían contestado tan mal en la ateción de un hotel/apartamento.
