About the accommodation

The Apartments are located in Soldeu, 400 meters from the cable cars to access the Grandvalira ski slopes.

The accommodation has 22 duplex apartments (ideal to accommodate up to 6 people), all with the same characteristics and good views.

  • The ground floor of the duplex consists of an entrance hall, living room with sofa bed for two, plasma TV, open and fully equipped kitchen with fridge, ceramic hob, microwave-grill, coffee maker, juicer, water heater and kitchenware. It also has a a fully-equipped bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer.
  • The first floor of the duplex consists of two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, and a a fully-equipped bathroom with a bathtub and a hairdryer.

 

It also has a laundry room on floor -1 (direct payment).

Free car park on floors -1 and -2 of the same building.

7 FPD travelled with family December 2022 The apartment has a good layout and is functional. Enough for the ski plan.
El apartamento tiene una buena distribución y es funcional. Suficiente para el plan de esquiar.
Some things were not clean upon arrival (ie bathroom) and the wi-fi was working so-so. The latter may be because it was one of the apartments furthest from the reception.
Algunas cosas no estaban limpias al llegar (i.e. baño) y la wi-fi funcionaba regular. Esto último puede ser porque era uno de los apartamento más alejados de la recepción.

 9.2 Sergio travelled with couple March 2022 Ample parking for large cars, well-equipped apartments and comfortable mattresses, which is the most important thing after a long day of skiing.

 4.4 Nicolás February 2022 I feel cheated by the photos and the review of the apartments -calling a terrace an area of one foot by one and a half meters, seems an insult to me- if I had seen the real photos I would not have hired these apartments even as a joke

 10 Antonio travelled with  friends February 2022 Everything very clean, they let us have the car inside until we finished skiing on Sunday. Very friendly and helpful staff!

Wi-Fi is regular. We were six people and a bed is missing since two people on a small sofa bed is a bit overwhelming! The duplexes are for four not for six people

The soundproofing is bad. If the neighbors are noisy, you can hear a lot. Being next to the main road, you can hear a lot of traffic noise from the main room AND living room. Wi-Fi is not very good.

 4.8 Luis Alfonso travelled with  friends January 2022 Powerful heating. Plenty of hot water for 6. They provide you with a scourer, dishwasher and cloth. Upstairs beds are fine. They provide gel and shampoo in single doses.
Calefacción potente. Agua caliente de sobra para 6. Te facilitan estropajo, friegaplatos y bayeta. Las camas de arriba están bien. Facilitan gel y champú en monodosis.
The apartments are NOT for 6, they use the sofa bed that is uncomfortable and small for 2 people. A pillow cover had blood on it. The coffee machine they provide is capsules and they do not give capsules. If the apartment is for 6, theirs is that they provide 2 parking spaces. Blue zone is worth €3. They didn't give us grandvalira maps, and they didn't tell us that soldeu parking with the pass was free. Poor wifi in most of the apartment. There is no transfer service to the slopes, you have to walk 600 meters. There are ice sheets at the entrance that cause slipping. It doesn't have an oven.
Los apartamenos NO son para 6, utilizan el sofa cama que es incómodo y pequeño para 2 personas. Un cubre-almohada tenia sangre. La cafetera que proporcionan es de cápsulas y no dan cápsulas. Si el apartamento es para 6 lo suyo es que proporcionen 2 plazas de parking. Zona azul vale 3€. No nos dieron mapas de grandvalira, y tampoco nos dijeron que el parking de soldeu con el forfait era gratuito. La wifi pobre en la mayor parte del apartamento. No hay servicio de transfer a pistas hay que andar 600metros. Hay placas de hielo en la entrada que producen resbalones. No tiene horno.
