 9 Manuel travelled with family April 2023 Ski equipment rental shop in the same hotel, with excellent treatment and with the possibility of changing anything, such as the boots for not fitting correctly, that you must wait at the end of each day. Also locker to store said equipment in the elevator next to the store. Spacious and comfortable restaurant and pleasant and attentive staff. It has indoor car park although it is at a cost, and with an elevator.
Tienda de alquiler de material para esquiar en el mismo hotel, con excelente trato y con posibilidad de cambiar cualquier cosa, como por ejemplo las botas por no ajustarse correctamente, eso sí debes esperar al final de cada jornada. Tambien taquilla para guardar dicho material en ascensor al lado tienda. Rstaurante amplio y cómodo y personal de trato agrable y atento. Tiene parking interior si bien es con coste, y con ascensor.
Little space to park outside next to the hotel, the hotel pool is not free (it should be explained when the facilities available are advertised). The free bus schedule from the hotel to the ski resort, round holiday, is confusing, and if it is full, you have to wait an hour the next. Before there were vans that took you and brought you to the hotel, this is very important, since the choice of the hotel may depend on this free service, as you avoid taking your own car due to the difficulty of carrying all the ski equipment and car park on the slopes ( those stations that rent on the slopes and have a locker to store said equipment will have a clear advantage at the time of being chosen, since they avoid heavy round-holiday transfers to the hotel and also allow you to change said equipment , in the event of any discomfort, without having to wait until the end of the day)
Poco sitio para aparcar fuera al lado del hotel, la piscina del hotel no es gratuita (deberia explicarse cuando se publicita instalaciones de las que dispone). El horario de autobus gratuito desde el hotel a la estacion de esqui , ida y vuelta, es confuso, y si viene lleno, debes esperar una hora al siguiente. Antes existian furgonetas que te llevaban y traian al hotel, esto es muy importante, ya que la elección del hotel puede depender de este servicio gratuito, pues evita llevar tu propio coche por la dificuad de llevar todo el material de esqui y aparcar en pistas (aquellas estaciones que alquilen en pistas y tengan taquilla para guardar dicho material tendran una clara ventaja en el momento de ser elegidas, pues te evitan pesados traslados de ida y vuelta al hotel y ademas te permiten cambiar dicho material, ante cualquier incomodidad, sin tener que esperar al final de la jornada)

 9.3 Eva travelled with couple March 2023 I already knew the hotel, it's the third time I've been there. It's a good hotel. The food is very good. The room we had was clean and the bed very large and very comfortable with an ideal temperature. The restaurant is unbeatable. The environment is privileged. The room is quiet and the staff very attentive. You can park on the street next to the hotel..very close to the slopes. We will be back.
Ja coneixia l'hotel, és el tercer cop que hi estic. Es un bon hotel. El menjar és molt bo. L'habitació que teníem estava neta i el llit molt gran i molt còmode amb temperatura ideal. El restaurant es immillorable. L'entorn és privilegiat. L'habitació es silenciosa i el personal molt atent. Es pot aparcar al carrer al costat de l'hotel..molt aprop de pistes Hi tornarem.
I missed the carpet or parquet on the floor. They used to have the bedrooms, it was very warm. The TV is an extremely small instructor. The views from the room were on a wall, which, in such a privileged environment, views are lacking. But it must also be said that whenever I have contracted with Esquiades.com, we have never had a view in any room....it must be that they always make the offer with the bedrooms where only the wall can be seen. I think they should say so, because we come to this area of Andorra to see mountains, otherwise we would stay in Andorra la Vella or Escaldes, which Esquiades also has offers there. We didn't have a spa included with the offer, so I can't comment on why we didn't go there.
He trobat a faltar la catifa o parquet al terra. Abans en tenien les habitacions, donava molt caliu. La tele es un monitor extremadament petit. Les vistes de l'habitació eren a una paret, la qual cosa, en un entorn tan privilegiat es troba a faltar vistes. Pero tambe cal dir que sempre que he contractat amb esquiades, mai mai hem tingut vistes en cap habitacio....deu ser que fan sempre l'oferta amb les habitacions on sols es veu paret. Trobo que ho haurien de dir, doncs venim a aquesta zona d'Andorra per veure muntanya, sinó ens quedaríem a Andorra la Vella o Escaldes, que també Esquiades hi té ofertes. No teníem inclòs spa amb l'oferta, per tant no puc opinar per que no hi vam anar.
