Clean rooms and spa area.

Hotel is quite outdated and needs a proper renovation. Rooms are not quiet. Even though it says it’s located next to ski piste it is not. It is still a quite a walk to the lifts. I’ve never had such uninterested staff members at hotels. I

The staff were amazingly helpful to us when our car broke down and offered to make calls for us in French and were extremely kind. The apartment was clean warm and well stocked, with lovely sunny outdoor seating area and a few minutes drive to the gondola. Definitely recommend!

The room was clean, the staff was lovely, the place was in the center and close to the ski slopes and lifts.

We got a room on the third floor, there was a smoking area under our window, all the smoke and the smell came into the room and it was not possible to open the window, in addition there was noise all day and all night from the smoking area, we said at the reception that it bothered us a lot, but they did nothing. At dinner they don't give water, only by paying money. The spa had an expensive fee of 10 euros for 45 minutes per person, we thought we got a hotel with a free spa for free. There is no coffee maker in the rooms, The food is varied, but there is no detail of what exactly is in the food, The grill service works intermittently and you have to wait for no good reason. Going skiing is not to the tracks, you have to walk about 100 meters. weak internet

El hotel muy limpio y la comida excelente. Personal muy amable y professional. Genial que haya frigorifico en las habitaciones.

El Spa , sauna y jacuzzi que fuera de pago, podria ser gratuito como en casi todos los hoteles de 4 y 5 estrellas. Entirndo que sea de pago los tratamientos. Pero el uso del jacuzzi y sauna deberia ser gratis para los huespedes

Great food, lot of activities in the evening

Communication, hotel info and entertainment programms are in French despite of lot of Spanish, British, Germans in hotel. Cleaning is non existent. Staff attitude is way too relaxed, they are clearly having fun without lot of concerns of clients comfort (loud music in the kitchen, eating in restaurant with guests, none of them ever answered to my Hello).

Excellent view.

Shelves and other broken parts, electrical box always down, there was no hot water on one of the days, windows without thermal insulation (a lot of wind comes in) and central heating didn't work

Modern facilities and a perfect location for a few days skiing. Even if I never had the chance to try the heated swimming pool, I could see it was very popular. Everything was smooth from checking in, get ski passes, equipment and to understand policies. Breakfast or fresh bakeries had to be reserved a day in advanced, but never an issue. Decent breakfast to get you going and get energy for the ski slopes. I will definitely come back here another time.

Rooms lacked hangers for all clothes you normally bring for a winter holiday. A few extra wouldn't be bad. As it was a residence hotel, all cleaning had to be on my own terms, never an issue, but perhaps getting the towels changed after a few days, could have been an option. Please also note that it is an apartment, so items for dishwashing and simple cleaning need to be bought or brought.

Location is excellent. Ski equipment room convenient.

The breakfast was very meager. And the staff rude. Acted liked I was being an annoyance by coming to have breakfast and interrupting their dinner setup. The WiFi only worked if you sat beside reception. There was only one small lift and it was very temperamental and often would require waiting ~10 minutes, sometimes not working at all. The ceilings were low in points and the doorframes. I've never had to duck so much in a hotel. There were childish signs everywhere, I think because school tours are a primary focus of the hotel. There were no little shampoo bottles which are commonplace in three star hotels. Just two bars of hand soap. I don't know how this place got a three star rating, I was very disappointed overall.

Proximity to the funicular, cleanliness, friendliness of the reception staff.

Breakfast was very sparse with very few options--especially if you don't eat pork. Probably the lowest quality breakfast buffet of any 3-star hotel I've stayed at.

In terms of value for money I'm very happy. The location is right next to the gondola. The beds were comfortable. The staff was so nice and helpful. Always smiling. The rooms were cleaned every day. Good wi-fi. Ski room with locks.

The showers could be improved. Very weak stream, especially for warm water. The water bottle wasn't replaced every day (or just disposed when empty) and the glasses were not replaced so they were dirty after one day. The breakfast was ok. It had a lot of different types of food, and coffee. But I think it could be improved. Still fair for the price. Can get noisy because insolation is not great. We were next to the elevator and could hear every conversation going on there, and people were not very considerate.

Excelente ubicación, camas y almohadas cómodas en habitaciones espaciosas. El spa es agradable y está bien mantenido.

La cena buffet tenía las mismas opciones de comida ofrecidas ambas noches. El cabezal de ducha de nuestro baño no era muy bueno si se tiene en cuenta que es un hotel de 5 estrellas.

The hotel is very pretty, lovely central log stove in the bar area. Nice bedrooms, big private terrace with a gorgeous Mountain View, deliciously comfy beds! Efficient shuttle service to the slopes.

Not the best breakfast for this type of hotel. Undercooked eggs and terrible coffee machines, so slow!!

Cómodo y el personal siempre bien

Ahora nesectamos medio pension, ante puede usar los facilidades para cocinar en el apartamento. Por que después un de esquí puede descansar y no nesecitamos fuera, ahora si bajar para cenar . Pero el cena está bien

Great little place. Nice and quiet with great sized rooms. The staff were amazing — all of them! Good little breakfast as well. Defo will be going back.
