Date Comment: Here you can select the time period you are interested in. Maybe you are only interested in the comments of the hotel for the last three months because the hotel has been renewed or the ones published last year on the same date as now. We have them all!
Zone Property: If you're thinking of spending your holidays in Andorra and want to read the comments from users about hotels in Andorra only, you can filter the opinions of our users that have already been there. Amazing location, great breakfast, clean & renovated rooms, great bathroom, crazy warm heaters :), comfy bed, nice outdoor hot pool. Staff & owner was lovely and helpful.

Ski locker is horrendous and old. Need a proper rack and ventilation for boots. Would be great if you provide kettle in rooms. Also sauna doesn't work :(

2 Adults and 1 Teenager - We stayed in B1 Studio 616 at Les Schuss and it was so much better than we had expected. Very clean, large separate bedroom with double bunkbeds along with sofabed in lounge. The locaton was also great, just at one end of the main street, a short walk or lift to anywhere you want to go. WiFi also worked well. Very Impressed :-)

Location was excellent. Breakfast was plentiful. Beds were comfy and the room was nice and warm.

Our key card stopped working when we returned from the mountain on one occasion and because we had no Andorra-compliant phones (not unusual coming from the UK) it took 2 hours to get it rectified. The children were cold, wet and hungry. Not our best day!

The location was as expected

Breakfast was really disappointing, furthermore we have some photos of the apartment that you should see. We have been travelling with you several times before, but this was not good. All 3 indoor doors betweens rooms, was unable to lock by itself, demanding that we should press these to lock them. Furthermore we had other issues - for example there is a kitchen, but it was simply not very well equipped etc. and the hood looked like something that had not even been cleaned during 2025. Furthermore if the pictures were then right - we could have judged ourselves, but for example the pictures shows fresh fruit cut to breakfast - in reality this was 2 big bowls with fruit from cans now in water. So all in all this was a disappointing trip with your company.

There were not so much people. One can leave a car near a train stain and go to the mountain by a train. No driving on snowy roads.

An access to green routes is a bit difficult for beginners. The skiing boots didn't fit very well and stays loose.

The apartment was clean and well located. The staff were fantastic and easy to get hold of when needed. The shower was great and the heating was brilliant and just what we needed after a cold and wet day on the slopes. The kitchen was well equipped.
