"Impeccable and very spacious room, bathroom, and many details such as amenities and tb elements to use the kitchen area (utensils, cutlery, glasses, and even a cleaning pack). Staff super friendly and always attentive, impressive SPA, yes, we recommend going before 17 or after 19 because during that time usually go families with children."

"Lunch varied and dinner was very rich."
"The treatment of the reception staff was unfortunate. The hair dryer did not work. We had many problems with the magnetic band of the card to access the room and the parking. Room for six and there were only 5 beds prepared. The hot water did not work properly. It's been 3 years since we went to this hotel and this year has been the worst of all. The hotel has fallen of quality and they have to improve a lot with the humane treatment of the staff."
