8.7 Iker traveled with friends January 2023 Isaba es una pasada, el hotel esta muy bien situado y el personal super atento de 10. Con ganas de volver Si vais a esquiar a Arette, tener en cuenta que el puerto de belagua tiene que estar abierto ya que si no hay que dar un rodeo de mas de 3horas.  10 Amelia travelled with couple February 2020 A super cozy place, the town a charm and a lot of atmosphere. Just as a comment, in the hotel you get free entry to the spa and the pool that is in the town, nothing was indicated in the reservation, and we could not take advantage of it since we did not wear a swimsuit.
Un sitio súper acogedor , el pueblo un encanto y mucho ambiente. Solo como comentario, en el hotel te dan entrada gratuita al spa y la piscina que hay en el pueblo, en la reserva no se indicaba nada , y no pudimos aprovecharlo ya que no llevamos bañador.

Aunque hubiera algo positivo, lo negativo lo supera con creces.
I would never recommend this hotel. I had to put a complaint sheet because they removed the heating and it was a terrible cold in the room. At certain times of the day there was no hot water for all the rooms, so we had to shower with cold water. The attention and care by the staff left much to be desired. A place to avoid at all costs.
No recomendaría jamás este hotel. Tuve que poner una hoja de reclamaciones porque quitaron la calefacción y en la habitación hacía un frío terrible. A ciertas horas del día no había agua caliente para todas las habitaciones, por lo que tuvimos que ducharnos con agua fría. La atención y el cuidado por parte del personal dejó mucho que desear. Un sitio a evitar a toda costa.

We booked the apartment for two people and instead of a table to eat, we had two extra beds placed in the middle of the apartment because during the week these are used for the white week of the schools.
Reservamos el apartamento para dos personas y en vez de una mesa para comer, teníamos colocadas dos camas de más en medio del apartamento por que entre semana estos se utilizan para la semana blanca de los colegios.
