Free cancellation of the holiday under conditions:

VIAJES PARA TI, S.L.U., allows its customers to have an additional commercial guarantee complement of free cancellation of the contracted services, according to the conditions set out below.
The amount paid for the hiring of this commercial guarantee will not be refundable in any case.

VIAJES PARA TI, S.L.U., will assume the cost of cancellation of the booking provided that it is canceled before 12:00h noon on the day that should occur the access into the hotel. It is important to remember that the free cancellation will only proceed for one of the causes listed below, as long as these have occurred after the formalization of the booking:

1. Due to death, illness (including that caused by the COVID-19 virus) or serious bodily accident:

a) Of the customer making the booking or of any of his/her immediate family members, as well as of his/her companions or their immediate family members. Immediate family members shall be understood as those up to the second degree of kinship by affinity or consanguinity (parents, grandparents, spouse, siblings, children and grandchildren).

b) Of the person in charge during the holiday of the customer, of the custody, in the habitual residence, of the minor or handicapped children.

Serious illness or bodily accident shall mean a health alteration that implies hospitalization or the need to stay in bed, within 7 days prior to the holiday, and that makes it medically impossible to start the holiday on the scheduled date.

The reason that gives rise to the coverage mentioned in this section (death, hospitalization, illness or serious bodily accident), must be informed to VIAJES PARA TI, S.L.U. within 48 hours after the occurrence of such reason.In case of illness, the computation of the aforementioned period shall begin at the time the customer has an official medical document attesting to the existence of the disease.

2. Obligation to attend during the dates of the holiday as a party, witness or juror in any legal proceeding or as a member of the electoral board of any state, regional or municipal electoral process.

3. The taking of official competitive examinations - during the period of enjoyment of the holiday - summoned through a public organism after the formalization of the booking. This can be either as a candidate or as a member of the examining board.

4. Serious damages caused by fire, explosion, robbery or force majeure in his main residence or in his professional premises if the customer exercises a liberal profession or directs a company and his presence was necessary and imperative during the dates in which the holiday is to be carried out.

5. Surgical intervention of the customer or companions, as well as medical tests prior to such intervention that must be carried out during the dates of the contracted holiday (including organ transplants as recipient or donor).

6. Medical tests of the customer making the booking, companions or relatives of first or second degree, carried out by the Public Health Service as an emergency, provided that they are justified by the seriousness of the case and coincide with the dates of the contracted holiday, making it impossible to leave.

7. Serious complications in the state of the pregnancy that, by medical prescription, make it necessary to rest or require the hospitalization of the customer, his/her spouse, domestic partner or relationship of similar cohabitation, provided that such complications are justified by the seriousness of the case and coincide with the dates of the contracted holiday, making it impossible to leave.7. 8. Urgent incorporation into the police, armed forces or fire departments, provided that the incorporation is notified after the formalization of the booking and this makes it impossible for the holiday to be carried out.

In case that for any of the causes foreseen in this section the customer makes the transfer of the holiday in favor of another person, the additional expenses that are produced by the change of holder of the booking will be guaranteed.

Any of the causes invoked that motivate the cancellation of the holiday must be duly justified by means of the remission of as many documents as possible to accredit the situation alleged by the customer. Such documentation will be requested by the Customer Service Department of VIAJES PARA TI, S.L.U and must be sent as soon as possible.

Please note that this service only applies to the cancellation of a booking, without its application to a possible amendment of booking.
