The Val Thorens + Orelle ski resort is the highest in Europe and a gliding paradise in all its variations. It is located at the foot of an impressive 3,300-meter-high peak of rock and ice, the Aiguille de Péclet.

This ski resort has an enviable extension with more than 140 kilometers of slopes and an exceptional drop of 1,430 meters. Thanks to its altitude, you can find eight skiable areas above 3,000 meters. This will allow you to enjoy excellent snow, guaranteed from the end of November to the middle of May. What you should know about the Car Park in Val Thorens

 
Always wishing to offer you maximum comfort and relaxation, as well as maximum security and service, car park in the streets of Val Thorens is prohibited.

Semi-pedestrian resort, Val Thorens, nevertheless authorizes a short stop to unload luggage. Afterwards, the car must be taken to one of the resort's car parks.

To enjoy this season thoroughly you must have a good level of skiing, beginners area is good but lacks green slopes to practice, for intermediate and advanced levels is fine, the staff of the lifts are always attentive and facilities allow a very smooth access even when many skiers come together, a variety of restaurants and cafes on tracks and have a cabin-club with great atmosphere in the middle of a track ending the day skiing with very good animation :)
