Did you know that this season you could enjoy a new cable car ? This new cable car connects the little village of Loudenvieille (900m) to the altitude resort of Peyragudes (1600m), right at the foot of the slopes, both in winter and in summer. It has been christened Skyvall , a clear nod to the James Bond 007 agent with whom Peyragudes feels identified after some of the scenes from "Tomorrow Never Dies" were recorded in his high port.

The Skyvall has a route of 3 kilometers, will save a height difference of 650 meters and will transport a total of 32 cabins of 10 passengers each. Among them, skiers and pedestrians can go, and in summer mountain bikes!

Good off track

Badly marked, the main slopes more indicated, few open lifts (and surely they could open) badly trodden or not tread. Very bad rescue, nobody gives anything, there was nobody in the SOS booth. We left the track in a blizzard due to poor marking and because we were able to return if we did not stay there. Children's area only one tape and it was missing a lot. It is the beginning of the season but it can be improved for sure

The slopes are long, there are many blue ones, they are very wide, you can pass without a level problem to the other small town.

When we went the first day, which was the day they opened, almost all the lifts were working. The second day, which was Monday, only a few chairs were working that left you in the middle of the track and it was all crushed by the people who stepped on it.

Ideal station to go with children. The courses of the French ski school are excellent and start with children from three years old. There are always teachers who speak Spanish. And the deal with the children is exquisite.
