Date Comment: Here you can select the time period you are interested in. Maybe you are only interested in the comments of the hotel for the last three months because the hotel has been renewed or the ones published last year on the same date as now. We have them all!
Zone Property: If you're thinking of spending your holidays in Andorra and want to read the comments from users about hotels in Andorra only, you can filter the opinions of our users that have already been there. Location to slopes. We have stayed in most of the ski hotels along this road. The Guineu is perfectly places for a very short walk to access to slopes. Rooms:- bedroom: very modern and clean. Linen and towels changes very 2 days. Bathroom: Constant hot water, modern walk in shower. Disappointed lack of toiletries only a pump soap in shower and at the sink. In other hotels same star rating body lotion and shampoo/ conditioner supplied. Only one toilet roll no spare, only replenished when room cleaned. No toilet brush. Very personal niggles but overall it was fine. The fire alarm was missing from the ceiling. Bar area: fully functional albeit a little outdated. Restaurant: outdated furniture and small. The buffet was small but what was offered was lovely, choice of meat, fish, salad, pasta etc each night. Breakfast again small but completely sufficient. Locker room: in the garage area just more safe seating needed. Lockers the same as most places. Staff: Amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for them. All very friendly. Overall would stay again.

Being picky:- lack of toiletries. No toilet brush. The main issue was unable to control the temperature in the bedroom it was roasting. It was pre set and covered so you couldn’t alter it.

The location is perfect that you can ski in and out. The spa is awesome, but it is a bit pricy to go.

The dinner was set dinner and someday was good and some days was not. The choice of dinner is limit.

The room was small. The bathroom was tiny. The bedroom was so small we couldn't open one of the wardrobes next to the bedside table.

Friendly and helpful staff. Super clean unit. The apartment is neat, with adequate storage space and with all we needed for our two weeks stay. The mini-market next to the lobby has all necessities. We are coming back for sure. The storage space for the equipment in the first floor was also great. Access to the pistes is 2 minutes walk - then you need to either ski down to the lifts or walk down on the slope for 70 meters or so.

The staff here were so friendly and helpful. On one of our last days the ski gondola lift was not working and our equipment was in a locker at the tip of the mountain. The owner kindly drove me up to access the locker and saved that day so we didn't miss our flight. Such personal service and they were very kind.

Staff were excellent. Value for money, the hotel was really good. Breakfast was very good, and at dinner there was always at least a couple of main dishes that were tasty, with a nice dessert selection

The decor for the hotel could have been cozier. Everything was comfortable, but some parts were either dated or just a bit uninspiring. Again though, with the price paid, you shouldn't expect everything to be incredible
