Date Comment: Here you can select the time period you are interested in. Maybe you are only interested in the comments of the hotel for the last three months because the hotel has been renewed or the ones published last year on the same date as now. We have them all!
Zone Property: If you're thinking of spending your holidays in Andorra and want to read the comments from users about hotels in Andorra only, you can filter the opinions of our users that have already been there. Staff were excellent. Value for money, the hotel was really good. Breakfast was very good, and at dinner there was always at least a couple of main dishes that were tasty, with a nice dessert selection

The decor for the hotel could have been cozier. Everything was comfortable, but some parts were either dated or just a bit uninspiring. Again though, with the price paid, you shouldn't expect everything to be incredible

The staff did their very best to make you feel comfortable. The ski lockers on every floor were well organized.

If they clean the rooms better (including behind the toilet and sink) and repair the heating knobs, your stay will be more pleasant. Furthermore, it is nice if there is a bit more storage space and cozy lighting. The food is boring. Cold eggs every day and nothing hot. Dinner was almost the same every day. A component was replaced every time. Variety would be nice.

We as a family enjoyed our stay at this Hostal. We went for a ski holiday, it is half an hour away from Valdelinares ski slopes. Accommodation is clean, and the dinners are lovely and plentiful. Very friendly and lovely lady. Would happy to stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay! The rooms were clean and well set out. The breakfast and dinners were brilliant. A wide selection of choice everyday covering every taste. The food was tasty and the staff in the restaurant and around the hotel were super friendly. Hotel spa a treat at the end of every ski day and hotel lockers available for all your ski gear. Just a 3 minute walk to the slopes in Pas de la Casa. Can’t fault anything

The position of the flat

It was very tiresome to arrive late on Friday night to a cold flat at Can Bonshoms and then have to deal with the heating again at 3 a.m. The following day, the boiler switched off two or three more times. At this time of year, it is really inconvenient when the heating is not working properly. After a full day of skiing, you want to sit down and relax — not spend your evening dealing with a malfunctioning boiler. To be fair, Sandra and her husband did try to help as much as they could over the phone, which we appreciated. However, a simple “sorry for the inconvenience” is honestly not enough given the circumstances. We stayed from Friday to Sunday, and based on this experience, I would not recommend this accommodation for a two-night stay.

Lovely warm and fully equiped apartment . Very Confy beds.. underfloor heating throughout

Charging for WiFi in this day and age seem a bit cheap and silly . Just add it into the price of the rental.no underfloor heating in the bathrooms making it uncomfortable for showering etc . No bath plug so couldn’t use the bath for the baby
