Room cleaning has been every day from 4:00 p.m. Cards have been deactivated every day. There has been nothing special for New Year's Eve (no menu, no party favors, no grapes, not even the open bar). The Wi-Fi doesn't work.
La limpieza de habitaciones ha sido todos los dias a partir de las 16h. Se han desactivado las tarjetas todos los dias. No ha habido nada especial para la nochevieja (ni menú, ni cotillon, ni uvas, no siquiera el bar abierto). El wifi no va.

The buffet staff were very friendly.

The hotel buffet was fair enough. Despite calling to ask if they would do anything different for New Year's Eve and being told that the dinner buffet would close at 11pm and the bar would be open, we were told at 10pm that the buffet would close and that at 11 p.m. the bar closed too. On Saturday the cleaning service left us without towels and when we called reception to ask for towels, despite telling us that now they would bring them up, it took them an hour to do so. The hotel thought we were leaving on Saturday and the access cards to the room were deactivated, they had to activate them again. The heating in the room was non-existent.
El bufet del hotel era bastante justo.
A pesar de haber llamado para preguntar si harían alguna cosa diferente para la noche de fin de año y habernos dicho que el bufet de la cena cerraría a las 23 y que habría el bar abierto, a las 22 se nos dijo que el bufet cerraba y que a las 23 el bar cerraba también.
El sábado el servicio de limpieza nos dejó sin toallas y cuando llamamos a recepción para pedir toallas, a pesar de decirnos que ahora nos las subían, tardaron una hora en hacerlo.
El hotel pensaba que nos íbamos el sábado y las tarjetas de acceso a la habitación se nos desactivaron, nos las tuvieron que volver a activar.
La calefacción de la habitación era inexistente.

The lack of empathy on the part of the hotel staff who, despite the efforts that have been made and knowing the reasons why we had to leave hastily, did not have a single detail with us. I explain my discomfort, we arranged a triple room, three nights with half board, three breakfasts and two dinners. During the first night, one of us had severe renal colic, so first thing in the morning, after managing flight changes, etc., we left the hotel without having been able to complete the stay, remaining two nights pending, as well as the three breakfasts and two dinners. My surprise comes when we learn that despite requesting it, the hotel refuses to have the smallest detail. I can understand the issue of the room, that being high season they have had a reservation blocked without the possibility of renting it again, but I cannot understand that they do not have the detail of discounting the part corresponding to half board, 3 breakfasts and two dinners for three people, who were not used. In my opinion, another ugly detail is that they made us pay for a whole day of parking that we only used one night and that was not even full. In other words, our opinion is very unfavorable due to the little empathy shown for a health problem.
La falta de empatía por parte del personal del hotel que a pesar de las gestiones que se han realizado y conociendo los motivos por los que debimos marchar precipitadamente, no tuvieron ni un mínimo detalle con nosotros.
explico mi malestar, concertamos habitación triple, tres noches con media pensión, tres desayunos y dos cenas. Durante la primera noche, uno de nosotros tuvo un cólico nefrítico fuerte, por lo que a primera hora de la mañana, tras gestionar cambios de vuelos, etc., abandonamos el hotel sin haber podido completar la estancia, quedando pendientes dos noches, así como los tres desayunos y dos cenas. Mi sorpresa viene cuando tenemos conocimiento que a pesar de solicitarlo, desde el hotel se niegan a tener el mas mínimo detalle. Puedo entender el tema de la habitación, que al ser temporada alta hayan tenido bloqueada una reserva sin posibilidad de alquilarla nuevamente, pero no puedo entender que no tengan el detalle de descontar la parte correspondiente a la media pensión, 3 desayunos y dos cenas para tres personas, que no fueron utilizadas. Incluso otro a mi opinión feo detalle, es que nos hicieron pagar un día entero de parking que utilizamos solo una noche y que ni siquiera estaba completo.
Es decir, nuestra opinión es muy desfavorable por la poca empatía mostrada por un problema de salud.
