About the accommodation

Welcome to the Aparthotel La Neu in Andorra , located in Llorts , at an altitude of 1500 meters, and a few kilometers from the ski slopes of Vallnord ( Ordino-Arcalís , Pal and Arinsal sectors).

These apartments are ideal for families with children or couples looking for a quiet and relaxed atmosphere.
 
Surrounded by two natural parks, Sorteny and Comapedrosa, our offer of accommodation in Andorra , is ideal if you come with your family , with children or as a couple , to go skiing or hiking in the mountains of Andorra .

We have comfortable facilities and fully equipped apartments , in a rustic and cozy atmosphere , in the heart of the Pyrenees .

Our team offers a good service and a personalized and friendly treatment with our customers. In our apartments for families in Andorra you will find different possibilities for leisure, holidays , sports or relaxation for your stay or getaway to Andorra .

La Neu aparthotel is located right at the foot of the road and there are apartments with a capacity of between 2 and 3 people with the following characteristics:

Apartment layout: double bedroom + living room with sofa bed + kitchen + bathroom. (50 m2)

- Living room with sofa bed, armchairs, round table of noble wood to eat.

- 32-inch Plasma TV, satellite dish (Gol TV and channel plus league).

- Kitchen equipped with: large fridge, ceramic hobs, toaster, oven, coffee maker, microwave, cooking utensils, ...

- 90x200 single beds or 180x200 extra large double bed (depending on availability).

- Full bathroom with bathtub, hair dryer.

- Bed linen and towels included, as well as a rubber for the table, dishcloth, cloth, dishwashing soap.

- Heating with individual thermostat.

- Animals are not permitted

- Direct phone.

- Free Wi-Fi zone.

IMPORTANT!!

WE DO NOT RECOMMEND these apartments if you are young and you feel like enjoying nightlife in the surroundings.
There is daily cleaning and the aparthotel has its own reception.
 
Smoke free establishment. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED in any of the apartments.
 
In the apartments with an occupancy of more than 3 adults a deposit of € 150 is requested and will be paid at the reception the day of your arrival.

 10 Arnau travelled with family February 2018 A very careful apartment. You have everything in the kitchen, bathrooms, etc. Perfect wifi service, very attentive and friendly staff, make some pizzas that you can take to the department and watch football with the free service. You take it out to leave the car without problems, and keep skiing in the garage.
Una apartaments molt cuidats. Tens de tot a la cuina, banys, etc. Servei wifi perfecte, personal molt atent i simpàtic, fan unes pizzes espectaculars que pots dur a departament i veure el futbol amb el servei gratuït. Tens lloc a fora per deixar el cotxe sense problema, i guarda esquí al interior del garatge.
Just to say a little appreciation, the breakfast service and the pizzas, an expensive hair.
Només per dir alguna petita apreciació, el servei d'esmorzar i les pizzes, un pèl car.

 10 Pilar travelled with family February 2018 The treatment by all the people who work at the hotel has been excellent. The food is very rich, the only bad thing is that they only have dinners on Fridays and Saturdays but the apartment is perfectly equipped to cook and clean. Wishing to repeat next year. There is a free bus stop at the door that takes you to the ski stations.
El trato por parte de todo la gente que trabaja en el hotel ha sido excelente. La comida muy rica, lo unico malo es que solo tienen cenas los viernes y sabados pero el apartamento esta perfectamente equipado para cocinar y limpiar. Deseando repetir el año que viene. Hay una parada de autobus gratuito en la puerta que te lleva a las estaciones de esqui.

 9.6 Dorleta travelled with couple February 2018 Apartment very quiet, spacious, very clean and nice. With everything you need: pots, pans, cutlery, dishwasher, oven, microwave, hair dryer, etc. Good heating system The wifi works great. Beautiful views from the balcony. The receptionists are very kind and friendly, they help you in everything you need.
Apartamento muy tranquilo, amplio, muy limpio y agradable. Con todo lo necesario: ollas, sartenes, cubertería, lavavajillas, horno, microondas, secador de pelo, etc. Buen sistema de calefacción. El wifi funciona estupendamente. Preciosas vistas desde el balcon. Las recepcionistas muy amables y simpáticas, te ayudan en todo lo que necesites.

 10 Sergi travelled with couple March 2017 Practically everything, the apartment has everything you need to spend a more than pleasant stay. When coming by skiing we had been assigned a room with two single beds, but upon arrival we were moved to room at a time without any problem.
Prácticamente todo, el apartamento dispone de todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia más que agradable. Al venir por esquiades nos habían asignado una habitación con dos camas individuales, pero al llegar nos cambiaron de habitación en un momento sin ningún tipo de problema.
The only bits that we could find to the apartment are the comfort of the sofas, which are a bit basic, and the lack of TV in the room, which is always appreciated.
Los únicos peros que le hemos podido encontrar al apartamento son la comodidad de los sofas, que son un poco básicos, y la falta de TV en la habitación, cosa que siempre se agradece.

 9.2 Isabel travelled with couple February 2017 The apartment is a cucada, is comprehensive and allows you to enjoy a few days in the mountains to the fullest. The personnel is very friendly. To spend a great weekend of skiing and nature. The great, very comfortable and huge beds. The kitchen and great fridge, many kitchen utensils.
El apartahotel es una cucada, es muy completo y te permite disfrutar unos días en la montaña al máximo. El personal es muy amable. Para pasar un fin de semana genial de esquí y naturaleza. Las camas geniales, comodisimas y enormes. La cocina y nevera genial, muchos utensilios de cocina.
Perhaps the first day something fresh in the rooms is heated until it is normal. The little apartment does not have good views but hey, it's normal, not all rooms can give the mountain.
Quizás el primer día algo de fresco en las habitaciones, hasta que se calienta es normal. El apartahotel pequeñito no tiene buenas vistas pero bueno, es normal, no todas las habitaciones pueden dar a la montaña.

 9.6 Felipe travelled with couple January 2017 Overall everything ..apartamento spacious closet for storage lot suites of furn well equipped with more than enough equipment, ski storage room for low to avoid having to carry them, parkin at the door (that if we went midweek and in February) near ski slopes, very polite and nice, (we were delayed on arrival and called us to see where we were going so very gracious on their part) surely if we have to go back through that area certainly we stay here
En general todo ..apartamento muy espacioso mucho armario para guardar cosas, cocin muy equipada con enseres mas que suficientes, guarda esquis por habitacion bajo para no tener que cargar con ellos, parkin en la puerta( eso si nosotros fuimos entresemana y en febrero) pistas de esqui cerca, personal muy educado y agradable,( nos retrasamos a la llegada y nos llamaron para ver por donde ibamos asi que muy atentos por su parte) Sin duda si tenemos que volver por esa zona seguro que nos alojaremos aqui

It stresses the cleaning of apartments and the comfort of their beds, ha I see it very important for people who skied and need to rest.
És un aparthotel molt acollidor, el tracte del que propietaris i els treballadors és excel·lent, el la segona vegada que m'allotjo en aquest aparthotel i és sens dubte un dels millors d'aquesta zona d'Andorra. Destaca la neteja dels apartaments i la comoditat dels seus llits, ha que ho veig molt important per a les persones que esquiem i necessitem descansar.
