Relax after a day of skiing, adventure or shopping in Andorra!

Whether you've been sliding down the slopes all afternoon, or you've been spending non-stop and going from store to store, visiting Caldea in the afternoon is the best option to relax completely.

The waters of this spa spring at 70ºC from the source of Escaldes-Engordany and are famous for their multiple properties. They are rich in sulfides and minerals as well as sodium and oily as thermal placton. Water in Caldea is life!

In Caldea you can visit its Thermoludic space, the largest spa. Here you will experience all the states of water in a playful way in spectacular facilities. You can visit the indoor lagoon, the outdoor lagoon, the indoroman baths, the saunas, the hammam, the jacuzzis, the whirlpool baths and much more.

When will you be able to access Caldea?

Afternoon entrance to the Caldea Spa Centre of3 hours.
The access to Caldea will take place the day after the entrance to the hotel (check-in).
The access is valid at 17.30h.

Please note: On Tuesday and Thursday afternoons there is a lot of influx to the Caldea Spa Centre by schools, ie a lot of influx of children. We recommend that if your ticket is for that date, contact us to change the day, and to enjoy Caldea with peace of mind.

Are there any dates where you will not be able to access?

Caldea Spa Centre will be closed on the following days:

- The Caldea Spa Centre will be closed on 25/12.

- From April 2 to July 12 (both dates included), the center will be closed for maintenance.

- The Caldea - INÚU adult-only center will remain open during this period, any type of entrance to the center will be for 3 hours and not 4 hours, with the special price already applied in the booking.

Travelling with children? Important!

For safety reasons, children under 5 years of age are not allowed to enter the center. Children between the ages of 5 and 12 must present proof of age and must always be accompanied by an adult (one adult for every three children).
All people less than 1.30 m. tall must enter with arm floats.
For hygienic reasons, people with external wounds or a bandaged or plastered body member are not allowed.

Conditions of access and use:

Print your wristband at the autocheck-in kiosks.
Show proof of age for all members of visiting groups and present it at the reception desk.
Go to the turnstiles, bring your wristband close to the sensor and enter.
Pick up your bathing equipment: towel, bathrobe and flip-flops (service excluded for school groups).
Put your belongings in the locker and lock it with the wristband.
Everyone can enter with any type of clothing specially designed for bathing (swimsuit, bikini or burkini and shorts or briefs with waterproof fabric).
To access the spa it is mandatory to have your hair up and shower with soap (NEW as of April 2).
Persons with external wounds or with a bandage or cast on any part of the body are not allowed to enter.
