The Pic Negre 4 store is located in the El Tarter area , in a small car park lot. The staff, trained by experts in the ski area, will advise you on the most appropriate snow equipment depending on your level. In addition, you will not have to carry much with your skis or snowboard as you can access the gondola lift that will take you to the Grandvalira ski slopes in a few steps.

 

In the store you may be asked for a deposit as a pre-lock on the card as a deposit when picking up the equipment .

Nothing, I have knowledge about equipment and what is offered is not in accordance with the contract. It doesn't even come close.
The Pic Negre store does not offer equipment according to the contracted. Old equipment , poor quality boots, they weren't even dry inside. Their excuse was that they don't have the contracted range and that there is no difference, that you can still snowboard. My colleagues have suffered the entire stay with this equipment without being able to update it or change to another store.

They immediately exchanged any equipment that was not to our liking in the days following the survey.
Used silver equipment . They didn't have size 45 boots, they gave a size 47 without saying anything, we went back to change them the next day and were attended to by another person who was surprised by what had happened... We had a booking for 8 people one day and 2 for the next day, to which they said that their system could not distinguish the day of the withdrawal and that they were going to record the entire withdrawal on the same day (esquiades solved this problem).

Very correct equipment for my level.
In the tarter there are two Pic Negre, in one of them they did not give me the opportunity to collect the equipment the day before and in the other yes. I have been collecting the equipment the day before for many years and both the clerk and the manager lied to me saying that it is never done that way because the system did not allow it.
