Alquilamos el material en Sports Calbo, justo al lado del telecabina del Tarter. Para empezar, al ir a recoger el equipo nos dijeron que ellos solo tienen dos categorías de snowboards, que lo de bronce, plata y oro es cosa de esquiades.com y que ellos no se hacen cargo, por lo que el haber pagado la categoría oro no sirvió de nada. A pesar de esto no nos importó ya que consideramos que el material estaba bien. El colmo fue cuando fuimos a devolver el equipo, me explico a continuación. Esta ha sido la 5a vez que hemos ido a grandvalira, siempre reservando por esquiades de los cuáles no tenemos ninguna queja por las facilidades que nos dan y el buen servicio que hemos obtenido siempre. Este año, en el que decidimos recoger el material en sports calbo por la buena ubicación, nos hemos llevado una gran decepción con ellos. Primero de todo creemos que no van en consonancia con la página web de esquiades, ya que a cada pregunta o petición que les haciamos nos daba la sensación de que se querían despreocupar del asunto echando la culpa al propio esquiades, como en lo de las categorías de las tablas de snowboard. Además, al devolver el material nos quisieron cobrar un día más de este, sin ...previo aviso el día que lo recogimos, por qué lo habíamos recogido el día anterior al de nuestra reserva, cuando siempre lo hemos hecho así para no tener que ir por la mañana y poder ir directos a las pistas. Al reclamar que creíamos que no era justo ese cobro, su única respuesta fue la misma de echar las culpas a la página web y a nosotros por no saber que eso era así, cuando en ningún sitio pone que no se pueda hacer, y encima procedían a reirse con comentarios hacia nosotros, tratandonos como a inútiles. Me gustarÍa simplemente hacer saber tanto a esquiades como a los clientes que vayan a reservar por la web que recomiendo el alquiler del material en tiendas como pic negre o esports everest, donde nunca hemos tenido ningÚn problema y siempre nos han ayudado con cualquier cosa.
