2 Pre-season in Saas Fee (Swiss Alps)

This June, all the teams of the Royal Spanish Winter Sports Federation (RFEDI) begin the preseason with their eyes on the PyeongChang Olympic Games, which will be held in South Korea in February. During these months, the intention of the teams is to combine snow training with physical training in the Sierra Nevada CAR (Granada) and in the CAR of Sant Cugat (Barcelona), to obtain the most complete performance possible.

The cross snowboard team, formed by Simone Malusa and Alex Martín, will train in Zermatt (Switzerland) from June 19 to 22; the men's alpine skiing , formed by Juan del Campo, Quim Salarich, Aingeru Garay and Albert Ortega, will do it in the snow of Les Deux Alpes, in France, from June 17 to 25; The women's alpine ski team , made up of Júlia Bargalló and Anna Esteve, will travel to the gala station from June 19 to 29.

Snowboard athletes, specialized in big air and slopestyle , Josito Aragón and Aleix López, will head to the French station of Les Deux Alpes; From June 24 to 30, Javi Lliso, of the freestyle ski team , will kick off the preseason in Andorra, from 18 to 23 this month in physical training.

Until June 22, the cross-country ski team will be in Sierra Nevada, where Imanol Rojo (who has also been with the Norwegian cross-country team training in Murcia), Martí Vigo and Lydia Iglesias, of the RFEDI structures, Together with the GSE athletes, Alba Puigdefabregas, Gral Selles and Paula Martínez, they have already started physical training since Thursday 15. Pre-season in Saas Fee (Swiss Alps)

Starting in July, all the federation teams will pass through the Swiss Saas Fee glacier, where the RFEDI has for the third year the House of Spain, a summer training center .
