The location of the hotel is 2-minute walk from the slopes. Breakfast is nice, staff is helpful and rooms are basic but more than enough for skiing holidays.

Dinner buffet could be improved, the food gets cold very fast. The wi-fi was not working all the time and the TV in the room is quite small.

The apartment is well suited with a nice bathroom and a good kitchen. It’s super close to the slopes and the fact Rentaski store is the door right next to our building made it easy to rent our ski equipment in under 5/10 minutes.

However, in terms of bedding, the bunk bed is nice and the couch bed is not because it’s uncomfortable due to hole in the middle of it. We had to improvise and put the mattress on the floor.

4 star hotel where I would give 2. Old, poorly maintained room. Food I found really poor, little variety for a 4 star hotel and food was poorly cared for and not suitable for children. The pool for adults is paid. This hotel is not worth it.

The staff were great, they were always willing to help with anything you needed, the breakfast was good and accommodated a coeliac for gluten free food where required.

The wife in the room was just over 1mb, we needed reasonable speeds so that at the end of a long day we could wind down and the kids could play on tablets but the speeds were so low they couldn't. We watched TV instead so it wasn't a big deal, but don't expect reasonable speeds in the rooms, go to the common areas if you want more like 10mb speeds.

Friendly staff and atmosphere, meals were good, and location was fantastic for the ski slopes

Unfortunately most ski runs were closed due to lack of snow, but it was perfect for my wife and son who were both beginners. Hotel charges guests for use of the pool area

Excellent location, ski in - ski out, relatively new hotel with a large area, ski equipment rental right at the exit of the ski room, a few steps from the ski lift. Very friendly staff, great choice of meals in the restaurant.

We stayed in apartment -1 3. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge &freezer, dishwasher (this is great!) with almost new appliances. Kitchenware and tableware enough for cooking and serving 2 or 3 people. A small amount of washing up liquid and 3 dishwasher tablets were provided by the accomodation. Bathroom has a large bathtub and it is well maintained. A good number of towels large and small were available. The bedroom has double bed and 3 large wardrobes to store clothes. We asked for a travel cot for the baby that was in the apartment when we arrived. Sofa in the living room is comfortable; however, it is supposed to be a sofa bed but it couldn't be fully opened. This may be a problem if more than 2 people stay at the apartment. A table with 4 chairs are also available in the living room. From the Juliette balcony we could see the river, we found relaxing the water flow sound but some people may find it too loud. In summary, it is not perfect but quite good value for money.

The TV is a bit small but it does the job and the TV stand is an old desk. The sofa bed couldn't be fully opened but that wasn't an issue for us as we didn't need it. The clothes airer was falling apart as well as the mechanism to open and close the blinds. Some maintenance is needed in some of the walls and ceiling but all in all it is not too bad. The parking space is a bit tricky if there are more cars around and you have a SUV or larger type of car, with a bit of practice and a good number of maneuvers it is not impossible to park
