About the accommodation

Located in the heart of the Pyrenees and only 8km from the Panticosa ski resort (and 19km from the Formigal resort), this hotel is a great option for a ski holiday.
 
In this resort there are three buildings: the Hotel Continental I 4 *, the Hotel Continental II 4 * and the Gran Hotel 4 *. They all stand out for their modern decoration and their comforts: plasma satellite TV in the room, minibar, safe free digital fort ...
 
There's also an excellent spa centre (you can book this service at reception) that will allow you to relax and and unwind. Please note that the gym, Turkish bath and ice igloo are currently not available.
 
The ski lockers and luggage room are closed until further notice. 
 

The hotel has free Wi-Fi , as well as a restaurant where they serve breakfasts and dinner and the food is absolutely out of this world! There's also an outdoor car park outside the hotel.
 
 
What building will you stay in if you book your ski holiday at this Resort? All three hotels are available so, when you check in, you will be informed of where you room has been allocated. You need to first check in at the Hotel Continental I 4 *  :-)

2.6 Claudia travelled with couple March 2023 Max had come several times with this offer and had never had such a bad experience with the hotel. Room with separate beds, noise in the bedrooms that rumbled, poorly conditioned bathroom. A disaster and a pity because I had had very good previous experiences
Había venido Max veces con esta oferta y nunca había tenido una experiencia tan Mala con el hotel. Habitación con camas separadas , ruido en las habitaciones que retumbaba, baño mal acondicionado. Un desastre y una pena porque había tenido muy buenas experiencias anteriores

 9.2 Beatriz travelled with couple March 2023 The continental hotel room I was great, everything clean and quite functional. We had incredible mountain views. The breakfast lunch and dinner buffet has been key. The food is very rich and varied. The hotel staff have been very very friendly and helpful. We will certainly repeat.
La habitación del hotel continental I estaba genial, todo limpio y bastante funcional. Teníamos unas vistas a la montaña increibles. El buffet desayuno comida y cena ha sido clave. La comida está muy rica y es variado. El personal del hotel ha sido muy muy simpático y servicial. Sin duda repetiremos.
The hotel needs a little more maintenance but for the price-quality ratio, it is more than enough.

 9.6 Gema travelled with couple March 2023 Location with spectacular views. The Spa is well worth it. Large and cozy bedrooms. Quiet hotel ideal for rest without noise or disturbance.
Ubicación con unas vistas espectaculares. El Balneario merece mucho la pena. Habitaciones grandes y acogedoras. Hotel tranquilo ideal para el descanso sin ruidos ni molestias.
For a 4-star hotel, from my point of view, there were few toiletries in the bathroom (only shampoo and hand soap). And the tv looked bad, distorted picture as if the channels weren't tuned right.
Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas desde mi punto de vista había escasos artículos de aseo en el baño (solo champú y jabón de manos). Y la televisión se veía mal, imagen distorsionada como si los canales no estuvieran bien sintonizados.

 6 Carlota March 2023 I called by phone the day before and they told me that they had assigned me a superior room with a view of the mountain. When we got there they gave us a very shabby room with views of an interior patio. I requested a double bed and they gave us two beds. Too much fuss in the hotel, the first day there was vomit at the elevator door. BEWARE: if you book, they randomly assign you between a recently renovated hotel (rather shabby reform) and an old hotel that is falling apart. You have to request that you play the new one, at least I did that well.
Llamé por tlf el día anterior y me dijeron que me habían asignado una habitación superior con vistas a la montaña. Al llegar alli nos dieron una habitación muy cutre con vistas a un patio interior. Solicité cama de matrimonio y nos dieron dos camas. En el hotel demasiado jaleo, el primer día había vómito en la puerta del ascensor. OJO: si reservas te asignan aleatoriamente entre un hotel recién reformado (reforma bastante cutre) y un hotel viejo que se cae a trozos. Hay que solicitar que te toque el nuevo, eso por lo menos lo hice bien.

 5 Laura travelled with  friends March 2023 The treatment at the hotel was quite lousy. We were a group of 11 friends and when we arrived we wanted to all have dinner together in one of the restaurants that the complex has. Some friends who arrived earlier asked to reserve a table and they were not allowed to reserve, but they were told that if we arrived before 10:00 p.m. we would have no problem. At 9:40 p.m. we were all in the restaurant to go to dinner and they only allowed 5 to dine Of my friends, the rest of us were invited to go to another place in very bad ways.
El trato en el hotel fue bastante pésimo.. Fuimos un grupo de 11 amigos y cuando llegamos queríamos cenar todos juntos en uno de los restaurantes que tiene el complejo. Unos amigos que llegaron antes preguntaron para reservar mesa y no les dejaron reservar, pero les dijeron que si llegábamos antes de las 22.00 no tendríamos problema.. A las 21:40 estábamos todos en el restaurante para ir a cenar y solo dejaron cenar a 5 de mis amigos, a los demás nos invitaron a irnos a otro sitio de muy malas maneras..
