This historic hotel is situated on a dreamlike coastline, flanked on the east bank by Monte Brè and on the west bank by San Salvatore. To the south is Lugano, a popular lake mainly visited in Spring and Autumn. The hotel is integrated into a former royal residence on the top of the "Goldenen Hügels". From here there are impressive views of the city and the river Lugano. In 10 minutes by car you can reach the tourist and city center, shops and nightclubs. From the highway (Basel/Lucerne/Lugano/Chiasso/Milan), via the Lugano South exit, you will find the hotel 3 km away. The train station is 5 minutes away by car. The air-conditioned building, built in 1926, has a garden, a terrace and a total of 75 bedrooms spread over 2 floors. It has a lobby, 24-hour reception, currency exchange service, safe, cloakroom, lifts and cafeteria. It houses a piano bar with live music every night and 5 conference bedrooms. It offers Internet connection and a wireless network connection point, both for a fee, laundry service, car park and car park.
