The snow has melted and Summer is only around the corner, and so, many bikers and fans of this type of sport are already looking forward to enjoy the bike park of La Massana.
The Vallnord Bike Park opens the following 6th of June until September. During the first two weekends from 6th to 7th June and from 13th to 14th June, 2 out of 3 cable cars will be available that will take you to access 80% of the bike park. The cable cars are the Cubil and the Serra II, as the cable car in La Massana will be closed due to technical reasons. The second weekend of June there will be a mountain bike competition, knwon as the Maxiavalanche of Vallnord.
From June 20th until September 13th, the two open cable cars will be running all day every day. The cable car in La Massana is expected to open by the end of June, and so, you will have access to the remaining 20% of the park.
And if you want to combine biking and leisure time, you can do so with other activities in Andorra such as canyoning, to explore the mountains or you can go on a fun route 4x4 , better known as the "smugglers route". The Caldea Spa Centre is another option, great to relax at the end of the day.
